Tickets for the event range from a starting point of $2,624 to $11,566 for regular seats.

Meanwhile, imperial ringside seats, the most expensive option, will set back punters a whopping $128,076.

The news went down like a lead balloon on social media with fans left outraged by the extortionate prices.

One supporter wrote: “Nobody is going to pay that or are they?”

Another posted: “How much?”

A third commented: “It’s not worth it… Not even $20, to see a trash boxer and a runner inflated by the media. I won’t see him at all, not even on TV.”

Somebody else tweeted: “The hill caught fire, very expensive.”

Whilst a fifth fan added: “What a scam!”

Mayweather and Gotti III’s inaugural encounter in June last year ended in chaos after a brawl broke out in the ring.

In the sixth round, referee Kenny Bayless disqualified Gotti for repeated holding leading tempers to flare.

Gotti attempted to hit Mayweather after the final bell as members of both entourages jumped into the ring and all hell broke loose.

The pair were supposed to run it back on Super Bowl weekend in Las Vegas but it has now been pushed back six months and placed in Mexico.

Gotti III, the grandson of infamous mafia boss John Gotti, is 2-0 in professional boxing and 5-1 in MMA.

Mayweather far exceeds him in experience with 50 pro boxing bouts (50-0) to his name.

‘Pretty Boy’ hung up his gloves in 2017 following a stoppage win over UFC star Conor McGregor but has continued competing in exhibition contests deep into his forties.

The boxing legend has shared the ring with YouTubers, reality television stars and everything in between during his seven-fight run in the crossover boxing sphere and doesn’t look like he will be stopping anytime soon.
