Was Carnival Horizon teen killed by her step brother & is her death a cover up?
Was Carnival Horizon teen, Anna Kepner killed by her stepbrother & is her death a cover up? A post shared on social media by a family member alleges murder taking place and a family cover up.
The case surrounding the mystery death of Anna Kepner, 18, of Titusville, Florida who was found deceased aboard the Carnival Horizon cruise ship, ten days ago, has taken a new turn amid unverified claims surfacing on social media alleging potential involvement by a family member in the teen’s death along with a cover up by other family members.
A man identifying himself as Martin Donohue, who claims to be the victim’s uncle, shared on social media that Kepner was traveling with her father, stepmother, stepbrother, and additional relatives at the the time of the 18-year-old girl’s death.

In the post which was posted on X on November 17, ( shared in its entirety directly above) Donohue accuses the victim’s stepbrother of murdering her, asserting that she was beaten, killed, along with having her naked body hidden under a bed wrapped in a sheet and partially covered with life jackets.
He further alleges the stepbrother then having slept in the bed as though nothing had happened.
Donohue further alleges the stepbrother telling his step mom when no one could find Anna on the ship. Before her body was eventually found and the boat returning PortMiami four days into a Caribbean voyage with nearly 4,000 guests on board.
Donohue expressed outrage in his post, claiming he is ‘sickened’ by the alleged silence of Kepner’s father regarding her death.
The relative further asks that his post be shared so the family can get someone to act on his claims and so that the family can get closure and for the people who did this and lied and stalled to ‘tell the rest of us what happened when it did. Now you all look guilty of a cover up.’
Authorities to date, have not publicly commented on the individual making the claims, whether they are indeed who they claim to be, along with the validity of the said family member’s allegations, neither affirming or denying the claims, which if not true, could serve to be highly defamatory and lead to legal ramifications.
Of intrigue, the post seemingly corresponds to previous comments Anna Kepner’s biological mother, Tabitha Kepner had made on TikTok at the time of the teen’s death being announced.
