Donald Trump’s Advice to Mike Tyson Regarding Jake Paul: “The Clock is Still Ticking

After going through a bitter fight of his own, ex-President of the United States, Donald Trump, has passed on some advise to Iron Mike Tyson as he prepares for a November showdown with the ever-controversial Jake Paul in Texas.
Tyson makes his return to professional boxing for the first time since 2005 and, at the age of 58, will be one of the oldest ever fighters to compete in a pro bout which has been pushed back from the initial July 20 date after he fell ill.

But the return of the ex-undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, revered as one of the greatest ever sportsmen, has not been unanimously received thanks to fears about his age and the gimmick-y nature of fighting Paul, who was a YouTuber until 2020.
Everyone has their thoughts and opinions on the bout due to take place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and, of course, Trump is never afraid to speak his mind. This time the ex-POTUS was surprisingly uncontroversial as he warned Tyson they’re not getting any younger.
“Look Mike was fantastic but, you know, Mike’s a little older now and you guys can fight,”Trump told Logan Paul on Impaulsive. “You can legitimately fight.
“It’s so amazing because I always thought like a UFC guy or a top contender would be able to win even at 75 years old, but it doesn’t work that way. The clock is still the clock.”
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation will require Tyson to pass strict tests following an ulcer flare up to deem him fit enough to fight Paul on November 15, after they have already changed details to include 14 ounce gloves, eight rounds and only two minutes per round in order to protect him from serious damage.

Jake Paul agreed to delay their fight until November as he promised they would get the same amount of time to prepare for each other, so at least he is a man of his word, but that doesn’t mean he will be waiting around either.
The Problem Child has been in a training camp for months now and will not wait idly for the 58-year-old as he drafts in ex-MMA fighter, Mike Perry, for a July 20 scrap in Tampa, Florida which will be aired live on DAZN.
Perry was in the UFC until 2021 where he gained an unimpressive 14-8 record (63% winning rate) but now he currently competes in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship and is in a purple patch after winning fight in a row.
