Logan Paul is livid with people saying Jake Paul will lose to Mike Perry

On July 20, Jake Paul will clash with Mike Perry at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, USA, in a bout that has caught the imagination of the public.

Initially, ‘The Problem Child’ was scheduled to go head-to-head with Mike Tyson. However, at the age of 57, the boxing legend failed to make it to the ring, with an ulcer flare-up onboard a flight forcing him out of the contest.

This has opened the door for Perry to step in and give the world a much more intriguing collision. While the MMA star is smaller than Paul, he undeniably presents the toughest test the YouTuber has faced since his loss to Tommy Fury.

With an iron chin, relentless work rate, and an unrivaled will to win, the UFC veteran will do whatever it takes to overwhelm and ultimately drown his rival.

Thus, with the bare-knuckle brawler so determined to secure the victory, the MMA community has rallied around him in a united hope that he can upset the applecart.

However, this has unsurprisingly gone down poorly with Logan Paul, who has risen to his brother’s defense.

He posted on his Instagram story: “I see a lot of people saying, ‘Mike’s the toughest guy on the planet; this is Jake’s biggest challenge yet’. Yo, you’re fools. You are fools if you think Mike Perry stands a chance against Jake Paul.”

But regardless of the confidence both he and his brother exude, the pair know that agreeing to fight Platinum is a monumental risk.

Jake Paul is worried that Mike Perry could ruin his Mike Tyson clash

While Paul is attempting to remain focused on the task at hand, he can’t help his mind from wandering to a blockbuster clash with Tyson at a sold-out 80,000-seater AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on November 15.

However, in order to get in the squared circle with one of the greatest boxers who’s ever lived, the Cleveland native first has to overcome the task Perry brings to the table.

Unlike the rest of the MMA fighters the social media star has beaten, Perry has the skills and age to put up a genuine challenge.

With the circumstances considered, the 27-year-old has candidly opened up about his biggest concerns.

In a fascinating interview, he not only confessed to feeling worried that the opportunity of a lifetime might be swept from beneath his feet, but also went into detail about just how much the sport of boxing truly means to him.
