James Toney Makes Emphatic Jake Paul-Mike Tyson Prediction: “It’ll Be Over In 30 Seconds”

YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul will face the legendary former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson on November 15.

The brash American had been scheduled to face ‘Iron’ Mike on July 20, but the 57-year-old suffered an ulcer flare up and released a statement postponing the bout. He later ensured fans he will still knock the 27-year-old out come the end of the year.

“I want to thank my fans around the world for their support and understanding during this time. Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flareup, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover.

My body is in better overall shape than it has been since the 1990s and I will be back to my full training schedule soon. Jake Paul, this may have bought you some time, but in the end you will still be knocked out and out of boxing for good. I appreciate everyone’s patience and can’t wait to deliver an unforgettable performance later this year.”

One man who agrees with that prediction is Hall of Fame fighter and former three-weight world champion, James Toney.

Speaking to Pro Boxing Fans, Toney doesn’t believe the 30 year age gap will matter and is backing Tyson to finish Paul within 30 seconds.

“You need to slap yourself for even asking who wins. You know damn well that Mike will knock that motherf****r out within 30 seconds.”

Paul has decided to stay active before the rescheduled date and will now face former UFC fighter and current Bare Knuckle champion Mike Perry on July 20 at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
