McGregor has Jake Paul’s attention

Jake Paul and Conor McGregor's beef escalated quickly on Thursday

Conor McGregor has brought out the old Jake Paul. Just hours after the former UFC champion went viral for hurling insults at Jake, the younger Paul brother responded with an NSFW rant of his own, taking time out of his face-off with Mike Perry to turn his attention to the cocky Irishman.

McGregor-Paul beef escalates

Earlier on Thursday, it all started when McGregor called Paul a “little dweeb” during his own press conference for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

Paul clearly hear the emasculating insult and crossed the line of political correctness with his response, unafraid to initiate all-out war with the famous MMA fighter. “2021 Jake Paul is back,” said popular combat sports social media account Happy Punch.

“You guys are all p*ssies. Every single MMA fighter is a f***ing p*ssy,” he said to Perry, who had an unsuccessful UFC career. “You can’t box for sh*t, and when I try to fight you in MMA, you don’t do it!”

“You and McGregor, both b*tches. Will never fight me. F***ing p*ssies.”

Looking past Mike Perry?

Ironically, Mike Perry caught strays from the insults of both men. Jake lumped him in with Conor as a weak MMA fighter. McGregor’s full quote used his insult of Paul to tear down Perry in the process.

“Look at what has happened to Michael Perry, one of our big stars here. The King of Violence he titles himself … now he’s up against a little dweeb of a thing in a fight this weekend,” he said.

Whether it’s the unresolved bout with Mike Tyson or his new ire toward Conor McGregor, it seems like Jake Paul is already overlooking Mike Perry ahead of their prime time fight on Saturday night. Considering the state of the Paul-McGregor beef and the way they both like to talk, there will probably be a lot more words exchanged before any punches are thrown.
