Mike Perry’s first training footage has seen fans suggest he will lose to Jake Paul.

Perry agreed to step in and replace Mike Tyson on July 20 against the YouTube star in a huge boxing showdown.

Perry has began training for his late-notice outing

‘Platinum’ has never fought in the squared circle, but has a wealth of experience in the bare-knuckle ranks where he has won his first five fights under promotion BKFC.

It is his first training camp for a clash in traditional format, and he has been working the pads in new footage.

Perry let his hands go, but fans were surprisingly concerned for the former UFC star.

One reacted: “And on that note. Jake inside two rounds.”

Another agreed: “Oh god Jake is knocking him out.”

A fan wrote: “Looking slow and weak.”

While another added: “I don’t understand why people wanted KSI to fight Mike Perry.

“Looking at this footage he is so bad and Jake is gonna sleep him so bad bro can’t even hit the pad properly.”

Others were less concerned, with one commenting: “He’s doing an endurance and reaction exercise. It’s not supposed to look pretty. He’s not focusing on technique.”

One said: “He’s look better then I thought.”

Jake Paul teases bare-knuckle boxing debut as he discusses a potential rematch with Mike Perry after his Mike Tyson fight
While a final viewer added: “Obviously this is a cardio volume drill, not a technical one. But I do think Jake wins.”

Paul is hopeful to get another win under his belt, but Perry is more technically gifted than some of his previous opponents.

The pair have feuded for several years, and the violent-styled star is going to do all he can to derail Paul’s rescheduled clash with Tyson on November 15.

It will be an uphill battle for Perry given Paul’s recent experience in the sweet science, but the stubborn star has certainly shown he has the grit to carry him to victory.
