Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard finally returned to This Morning following their lengthy absence -but it did not go down with ITV viewers. The duo 47, and 49, took a break away from the show for several weeks due to enjoying the summer holidays with their family and children.
The blonde beauty beamed from ear to ear as she stunned in a stunning co-ord. Looking radiant, she wore a yellow high-waisted fitted skirt, with a button-up short-sleeved top.
Meanwhile, Ben went for a completely new look as he showed off his “grizzly beard”, which Cat said he “must” keep. He also donned a burnt orange jersey top with beige trousers.
However, despite the duo kicking off the show with high energy fans were left unimpressed and took a swipe at the pair online. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one user said they had “turned over to Jeremey Vine.”
“Can’t be doing with, Ben & Cat on This Morning Turned over to Jeremy Vine,” they wrote. Another agreed and said: “Not missed Ben and Cat #ThisMorning.”
A third person added: “Not sure who thought Cat and Ben would be a good duo. Cat was way more suited with Rylan. Ben should go back to GMB.”
However, others stepped out and fiercely disagreed. One user shared: “Thank god Ben & Cat are back on This Morning, and not the clowns.”
“Cat looks gorgeous so nice to have her and ben back,” wrote another. While a third said: “Ah, Ben and Cat are back #ThisMorning.”

The pair proved they were back with a bang after the brand-new titles played at the beginning of today’s episode.
Ben told viewers: “We had so much fun, that promo that was up on the roof, we had to be cherry picked up there.”
Cat said: “It took seven minutes for each person to go up there and seven minutes to come down. It was hot, it was windy, there was no water and I desperately needed to pee.”

Introducing the popular chat show Ben said: “It is lovely to be back, Cat did you have a good summer? You are looking gorgeous and tanned.”
Cat gushed as she responded to him: “I did. I had a really nice time, just hung out with the family. We went on holiday for a bit.”
She said they had “such a nice time” after jetting off they extended their stay. Ben claimed that he “had a lovely time” but was left “emotional” when his son returned from travelling around the globe.
