Fans are already buzzing — check the comments for who’s staying, who’s gone, and who might make a shocking comeback.
‘Wednesday’ Season 3 Cast Shakeup: 7 Stars Seemingly Exit, Many Will Likely Return

Jenna Ortega as Wednesday – Obviously Returning!
There is no Wednesday without the show’s star! Jenna Ortega will obviously be back as the title character!
No plot details or anything have been revealed yet, but we can guess which stars will and won’t be back.

Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair – Seemingly Returning!
Fans can’t imagine that Emma Myers would not return as Enid, but in what form…is unclear. We last saw her character in werewolf form. However, Wednesday and her uncle ran to find her in the woods.
In addition, Emma was asked about season three, and did not indicate she’d be written out, so that has given fans hope that she’ll be back.
Specifically, she shared with Radio Times, “I think Enid is just really a selfless person, so I don’t think anything really had to convince her. I think it was a no-brainer for her. Obviously, she wants to save her best friend. So, it’s either she stays a human and Wednesday dies or she can sacrifice a bit of her humanity and save her best friend. So, I think it was a no-brainer for her. I’d like to not be stuck as a werewolf forever in Season 3.”

Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin – Seemingly Returning
Hunter Doohan returned as Tyler for season two.
His character spends time at Willow Hill Psychiatric Facility in season two. By the end of the second season, Tyler survived the chaos but lost his mother during their final battle in Hyde form. Struggling with guilt and identity, he went his parents’ gravesites to find closure. In the final moments, he’s approached by a mysterious woman who invited him to join a secret Hyde community, leaving his future in the series uncertain.
However, Hunter spoke about his characters’ hopes for the future, prompting fans to hope this means he’s returning.
“I want Tyler to find… I mean, I think I’ll always kind of wrestle with the morality and then the Hyde versus Human side of himself, but I think we’ve still yet to see him be in control. Because, you know, obviously Laurel was control [in season 1]. He thought killing her because they’re bond, that weakened, would free him. He didn’t know that makes Hydes go crazy, and that in all of episode 5, he’s just kind of losing touch with reality, and blinded by rage and dying,” he told Radio Times. “Then he’s under his mother and Isaac’s control basically for the last three episodes. So when we kind of see him at the end, he knows he’s gonna die. He doesn’t have a master. He’s kind of lost all hope. And then it’s this one little glimmer of hope that comes from Capri’s character. So I think he’s like, What do I have to lose? Truly, I’ve lost everyone. It can’t get worse.”

Joy Sunday as Bianca Barclay – Seemingly Returning!
We predict that Joy Sunday should be back as Bianca.
From Netflix: “Bianca is a siren and Nevermore’s queen bee — until Wednesday stalks into the picture. By Season 2, these two have found common ground and the makings of an alliance. Bianca will be navigating her own complex obstacles this season as she handles the awesome responsibilities that come with being a siren.”

Catherine Zeta Jones as Morticia Addams – Seemingly Returning!
Catherine Zeta Jones was back for season 2 as Wednesday’s mom, Morticia Addams and had been upped to a series regular
We predict she’ll be back for season three.
From Netflix: “Morticia, the definition of spooky glamour, is Wednesday’s mother and a main source of embarrassment for her teenage daughter. Well, the familial cringe will be closer to home than ever for Wednesday in Season 2 — Morticia is moving to campus. Wednesday’s mom has accepted an important philanthropic position at Nevermore, putting her right in her daughter’s backyard.”

Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams – Seemingly Returning!
Luis Guzmán was back for season 2 as Wednesday’s dad, Gomez Addams and was upped to a series regular.
We predict he’ll be back for season three.
From Netflix: “Gomez is Wednesday’s beloved father and Morticia’s passionate husband. Gomez and Morticia met and fell head over heels in love during their younger days at Nevermore. Their ardor continues to burn blindingly bright today.”

Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams – Seemingly Returning
Isaac Ordonez returned as Wednesday’s younger brother in season two, and we predict he’ll also be back for season three.
From Netflix: “If Wednesday is the brain of the Addams family, Pugsley just might be the heart. Sweet Pugsley brings out the protective side of his supposedly heartless big sister. In Season 2, he enters the supernatural fray that is Nevermore Academy as a student — and he’s bringing some electrifying new powers with him.”

Victor Dorobantu as Thing – Seemingly Returning
Victor Dorobantu should be back as Thing!
From Netflix: “Thing returns as Wednesday’s confidant, helper, and ongoing tie to her Addams family roots.”

Moosa Mostafa as Eugene Ottinger – Seemingly Returning
There’s no reason to think that Moosa Mostafa won’t be back as Eugene Ottinger.
From Netflix: “Eugene is a sweet and nerdy Nevermore outcast who is defined by his passion for bees (and, really, bugs of all kinds). Through his friendship with Wednesday, Eugene becomes embroiled in the mysteries of Nevermore — which gives him unexpected popularity points with his fellow students. In Season 2, he gets even closer to the Addams family by becoming Pugsley’s roommate.”

Georgie Farmer as Ajax Petropolus – Seemingly Returning
Georgie Farmer will return as Ajax Petropolus!
From Netflix: “When Enid introduces Wednesday to the wild world of the Nevermore social scene, she names four major groups: Fangs, Furs, Scales, and Stoners. Ajax, a gorgon, falls into the last category.”

Evie Templeton – Seemingly Returning
Return to Silent Hill‘s Evie Templeton was new to the cast in season two. She portrayed the role of Nevermore student Agnes DeMille.
There’s no reason to think she won’t be back, but it’s not official yet. Stay tuned!

Steve Buscemi – Seemingly Exiting
Steve Buscemi joined the cast as Principal Dort in season two, however, his character was killed.
Usually, if a character dies, it means we likely won’t see them again. However, in the Wednesday world, several characters HAVE returned from the “dead,” so it’s possible he could be back in some way.

Thandiwe Newton – Seemingly Exiting
Thandiwe Newton joined the cast of the second season as Dr. Rachael Fairburn, but her character died.
The character is murdered by Slurp. It would seem as if she’s not going to be back for season three, but it’s always possible!

Christina Ricci as Marilyn Thornhill – Seemingly Exiting
Chrisina Ricci portrayed the villain in season one, but her character was thought to be dead in the finale episode. However, she returned in season two.
Her character dies again when she’s killed by Tyler’s Hyde.
Is she gone for good this time!? We’ll have to wait and see….

Jamie McShane as Donovan Galpin – Seemingly Exiting
Jamie McShane played the role of Donovan Galpin in the first two seasons.
In season three, he was found dead after his eyes were pecked out by crows.

Anthony Michael Hall as Ron Kruger – Seemingly Exiting
The character of Ron Kruger appeared in two episodes in season two of Wednesday, but was ultimately killed by Slurp when he fell into Pugsley’s tent in a memorable moment.

Heather Matarazzo as Judi Spannegel – Seemingly Exiting
Heather Matarazzo joined the cast in season two as Judi Spannegel.
She ends up becoming one of Slurp’s victims, and it looks like she won’t be back for season three, unless something changes!

Christopher Lloyd as Professor Orloff – Seemingly Exiting
Christopher Lloyd, who played Uncle Fester in the 1990s movies, joined the cast in season two.
However, it appears as if he might be exiting ahead of season three after he met his demise at the hand of Isaac.
