It’s all over for influencer couple Chloe Szep and Mitch Orval: We reveal the signs it’s a painful split – and her VERY telling act after we slid into her DMs…

All signs point to heartbreak for one of Australia’s original influencer power couples.
Beloved by Gen Z Aussies who have been following the ups and downs of their relationship for more than a decade, Chloe Szepanowski and Mitchell Orval’s on-and-off romance now looks to be hanging by a thread.
In recent weeks, the couple, who share sons Artis, five, and Sunny, three, have been the subject of intense break-up rumours after some very telling signs emerged online.
It would seem the pair may have ended on bad terms as they have attempted to wipe almost all trace of one another from their Instagram accounts.
Chloe, 27, who became engaged to Mitch, 29, in 2024, has removed ‘fiancée’ from her Instagram bio, as well as her partner’s initials.
The mother of two also unpinned the reel announcing the couple’s engagement, dropping it from pride of place at the top of her grid.

Some eagle-eyed followers have also noticed that Chloe does not seem to be wearing her engagement ring, with her most recent Stories showing no sign of it.
Mitch has also taken Chloe’s initials out of his bio, and the pair have removed all photos of each other from their grids.
But perhaps the most telling sign is that Mitch and Chloe are no longer following each other on their socials.
Chloe and Mitch’s sister Hannah have also unfollowed each other, despite once being close friends.
However, the influencer still follows Mitch’s mother Sharon, his father Mark, better known online as ‘Angry Dad’, as well as his brother Dylan – and they all continue to follow her as well.
Chloe also uploaded a series of cryptic posts to Instagram on Monday, further bringing the status of her long-term relationship into question.
The first was an emotional, black-and-white video, which showed her sitting in her bathroom as she sang a sorrowful rendition of Found a Love by 7 Hills Worship.
The contemporary Christian song tells the story of discovering God’s love during a time of brokenness – a message that seemed to resonate with Chloe.

She went on to share several more videos hinting that she was taking some time to rediscover herself and was going through a ‘pruning season’.
‘I had this entire day planned for myself. I’m trying to find “me” separate from the kids,’ she said.
‘Which is really hard because I’ve built my life around my kids for the last six years and basically just sacrificed everything that I’ve loved.
‘I don’t recommend doing [that]. I think it’s healthy to have a sense of self when you have kids. So, I’m on a journey to just find that sense of self again.
‘Which is really hard. I feel really lost. I just walk around like, “What do I do?” Anyway, today, lost the keys, couldn’t go anywhere, had this whole day planned.
‘So, I literally just sang all morning because the house had no one else in it. Maybe I get a bit shy, but I’d lost that part of me. It’s been really healing to sing all morning.’
She continued: ‘But in saying that, I also see it from the perspective of the tree that needs to be pruned and then the transition when the tree grows back.
‘It’s like the seasons. In autumn, the leaves fall off the trees. You have to wait for summer to bring the flowers back. There is always a season.
‘That can be hard. The seasons where you’ve been pruned. But you’ve just got to trust that it will work out.’

Chloe captioned these Stories with red love hearts and the emoji of a dove carrying an olive branch, which can signify new beginnings.
Notably, when Daily Mail contacted Chloe for comment about the rumours of her split from Mitch, she promptly deleted the videos – leaving only the clip of her singing.
And what was Mitch doing while Chloe was sharing these videos? He was spending some quality time with his two sons – and a MAFS bride.
The YouTuber shared pictures to his Instagram Stories around the same time that Chloe was posting her videos, showing himself spending time with his father Mark and his sons at a park.
He captioned an image of his father holding his child’s hand with the words, ‘Poppy date,’ and tagged Mark.
It seemed like an innocuous family outing, but there was one detail not spotted in Mitchell’s posts – former reality TV bride Eden Harper was also hanging out with him.
The ex-MAFS star re-shared Mitchell’s photo of one of his sons playing at the park, and then uploaded another picture which showed her lying in the grass next to the young boy.

Eden has been a long-time friend of the Orval family thanks to her close relationship with Mitch’s sister Hannah.
Notably, she and Chloe also follow each other online.
Signs of trouble between Chloe and Mitch also surfaced in January, when the couple revealed they were attending counselling together.
At the time, the YouTuber shared a candid message with his followers, explaining that he wanted to speak openly about their experience in the hope it might help others.
‘Don’t really share much about my personal life anymore, but felt called to talk about this, because it may just save your relationship or marriage,’ he wrote.
He went on to reveal that he and Chloe made the decision to enter marriage counselling in November last year.
‘Me and Chloe decided to enter marriage counselling nine weeks ago, and the transformation we have had in our relationship and home is almost unrecognisable,’ he shared.
‘As a male when you hear your partner wants to do counselling you assume things are over, but in reality it feels like a new beginning.
‘If your relationship feels too far gone, take it from me – it’s not, and it’s worth fighting for.’
Mitch first rose to online fame with brother Dylan in 2015 when they launched the YouTube channel Angry Dad.
The channel featured a popular series of pranks aimed at winding up their father, former Collingwood footballer Mark Orval.
Meanwhile, Chloe, who grew up in South East Queensland, became a lifestyle and wellness influencer.
The pair got together as teenagers and later became engaged in June 2024.
Mitch got down on one knee and proposed to the model during a getaway at Tiwi Island Retreat in the Northern Territory.
