THREE NUMBERS ARE HITTING NETFLIX VIEWERS HARD RIGHT NOW 😳💔

THREE NUMBERS ARE HITTING NETFLIX VIEWERS HARD RIGHT NOW 😳💔 — 17 years old. Nearly 100 mph. Two teenagers who never made it home. A viral true-crime story is suddenly pulling people back into a case that divided opinions from the beginning, and viewers say they keep changing their minds the deeper they get into it.

The part people can’t stop talking about isn’t the crash itself… it’s the relationship at the center of everything. Watch it and tell us: accident or something much darker?

During the 2023 trial, Cuyahoga County Judge Nancy Margaret Russo did not mince words, labelling the teenager “literal hell on wheels.” The judge noted that Mackenzie had a mission and executed it with precision, concluding that the decision she made that night was death.

Mackenzie was found guilty of 12 charges, including murder and aggravated vehicular homicide, and was sentenced to two concurrent 15-years-to-life sentences.

Though she claimed in court that she could not remember the crash and never intended to hurt anyone, the judge ruled that this was not reckless driving, but a purposeful act of murder.

Mackenzie’s legal saga then took a final, bizarre turn during an attempted appeal.

In Ohio, defendants have a strict 365-day window to file an appeal. Her legal team filed the paperwork on the one-year anniversary, but because 2024 was a leap year, the filing was technically one day late. The court refused to grant an extension, effectively sealing her fate.

In the years since the case came to a close, there has been plenty written and recorded about it, including the most recent Netflix documentary.

The doco includes a perspective not seen before — an interview with Mackenzie from prison. It also features plenty of insight from those who support her claims within the family.

However, it did miss one crucial piece of information.

As covered in prior documentary, Killer Cases, an unusual situation happened when Mackenzie was interviewed in hospital after the crash.

While being questioned she interrupted Detective Zaki Hazou and asked if she could say something to her mum.

She allegedly proceeded to talk in a made up ‘gibberish’ language, similar to English or ‘Pig Latin’, that others in the room could not understand.

The police later claimed that this translated to, “Can we tell the police I had a seizure, can we tell the police something like that?”

She reportedly then asked Hazou, “Can’t you just take my license away for like, 10 years?”

Despite all the perspectives presented in the documentary, the reality remains unchanged: two young lives were cut short, leaving a community shattered by a tragedy that has left no winners.
