Fans of The Lincoln Lawyer just got a major update about Season 4. Production wrapped a couple of months ago, and it might be coming sooner than anyone was expecting.

Per What’s on Netflix, titles for all eight episodes of Season 4 of The Lincoln Lawyer have been revealed. As the upcoming season inches closer and closer, fans are beginning to learn more about what they can expect from the exciting next outing for Mickey Haller and company. While we still don’t know an exact release date for the highly anticipated season, it seems safe to assume that it will be released at some point in early 2026.

Updated by Jordan Iacobucci on October 23, 2025: As fans continue the interminable wait for The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4, new details have emerged to elevate their excitement even further. With the next season most likely to be released in 2026, here is everything you need to know about the next installment of the Lincoln Lawyer Saga.

Insiders have suggested that The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 won’t premiere until February 2026 and might make its way back on Feb. 5. However, fans will have to wait for an official announcement from Netflix before they can start setting aside time on their calendars to tune back in to their favorite show.

Episode titles for The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 did not come with any indication as to what order they might be premiering in, though it has been confirmed which four will comprise the first half of the season. Those include “7211956,” “Baja,” Bleeding the Beast,” and “Forty Hours,” the first of which many speculate is a reference to Mickey Haller’s prisoner identification number or a similar ID based on the fact that the series’ leading character was last seen being arrested after the body of con artist Sam Scales was found in his trunk. The back half of Season 4 will include episodes titled “50/50,” “Confirmation Bias,” “Honor Among Thieves,” and “You’re the One That I Want.”

Based on Michael Connelly’s hit novel series that was previously adapted for the silver screen, The Lincoln Lawyer stars Manuel García-Rulfo as criminal defense attorney Mickey Haller. The first three seasons of The Lincoln Lawyer were based on the novels The Brass VerdictThe Fifth Witness, and The Gods of Guilt, while Season 4 will be based on The Law of Innocence, the sixth novel in the series, which was published in 2020.

The Lincoln Lawyer has received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike throughout its run, with Season 3 garnering a 100% “Fresh” rating via review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, which certainly bodes well for Season 4, thanks to Season 3’s cliffhanger ending that leads into it. However, the massive success of Season 3 puts incredible stress on the upcoming fourth season, which must live up to its predecessor’s rave reviews.

What Fans Can Expect from The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4

Back in July, Garcia-Rulfo himself opened up about Season 4 of The Lincoln Lawyer, singing particularly high praises of its overarching narrative while also giving fans plenty to look forward to when it arrives. “It’s the most emotional season—heavy emotion—because of how we found [Mickey],” García-Rulfo stated at the time. Season 3 finale ended with a cliffhanger as Mickey was taken in handcuffs after police discovered Sam Scales’ body in Mickey’s Lincoln truck. Season 4 is set to become the defense lawyer’s biggest and most personal challenge as he tries to prove his innocence.

“I told the showrunners — even reading them before we started shooting. [This season] is the one that I’ve enjoyed the most. I’ve enjoyed all of them, but this one is the one that I’ve enjoyed the most because it has the most heaviness.” Based on the actor’s glowing review of Season 4’s story, fans should expect one of the best storylines of The Lincoln Lawyer‘s already celebrated run.

The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 will see a robust cast that includes a combination of returning actors and fresh faces. The returning cast will be led, of course, by Manuel García-Rulfo as Mickey Haller. He will be joined by the rest of the cast’s mainstays, including Becki Newton’s Lorna Crane, Jazz Raycole’s Izzy Letts, and Angus Sampson’s Dennis “Cisco” Wojciechowski. Additionally, Neve Campbell is set to reprise her role as Maggie McPherson as a series regular after taking on a reduced role in Season 3. Also joining the cast of Season 4 are several other familiar faces, including Elliott Gould,

Season 4 will also feature an expansive batch of fresh faces, including several major stars. Among these are multiple bona fide television stars, including Constance Zimmer (Boston LegalHouse of Cards), Sasha Alexander (NCISRizzoli & Isles), Jason O’Mara (Fire Country), Emmanuelle Chiriquí (Superman & Lois), and Javon Johnson (American Soul). Zimmer has joined as a new adversary for Mickey Haller and his team, whereas others, like Alexander, will be allies. Cobie Smulders, known for her roles in How I Met Your Mother and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has also joined the cast of The Lincoln Lawyer, though her character is currently being kept under wraps. Kyle Richards has also joined as a guest star who will hire Haller at some point in the upcoming season.

The Lincoln Lawyer is gearing up for an epic fourth season that is easily shaping up to be one of the most highly anticipated projects on Netflix’s 2026 slate.
