The influencer has his ways to get everyone’s attentions

Jake Paul is set to take Mike Tyson and knock him down live on Netflix from the AT&T Stadium at Arlington, Texas.
The now pro-fighter has not been reserved in his mockery towards the heavyweight champion, and despite appearing humble regarding the venue where he will fight, he doesn’t seem to be so on social media and his ‘creative’ ideas to anger Tyson.
Paul has said on numerous occasions that he can’t believe his dream of being on one of the world’s most iconic stages is about to come true. Like the rest of the world, he finds it unbelievable that he has gone from being an influencer from Vine to starring in one of the year’s biggest fights against a legend of world boxing.
Despite his unconventional and highly controversial methods, Paul doesn’t stop. It’s evident he thrives on people’s hate and continuously finds ways to garner attention, asserting that he’s already won the fight despite not being the favorite.
There’s been a lot of talk about this fight, as many see it as mere spectacle rather than something that translates to professional sports. Many still view Paul as an amateur or just an influencer trying out new things, seemingly disregarding the seriousness of stepping into the ring with an experienced boxer.
Even after videos like this, people still don’t take him seriously. That’s perhaps why Canelo Álvarez doesn’t seem to pay attention to Jake’s pleas to step into the ring with the Mexican.
It’s still to be seen what Paul has to offer inside the ring, but if his fighting matches his talk, we’ll witness a fight that will be remember for years to come.
