During this iconic scene from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part One, Radcliffe enjoyed filming in Hermione’s clothes.
Actors and actresses have their own most liked and disliked moments in their projects they become a part of, which can oftentimes, be the complete opposite of what the fans think about the same. For Daniel Radcliffe, the moment was the iconic ‘7 Harrys’ scene.
This particular scene, which was introduced in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows – Part One, became a fan favorite since it featured Radcliffe doing different takes in different outfits of other characters.

But according to the actor himself, he revealed that it was probably one of his lesser loved scenes to shoot for his role as Harry Potter in the franchise because it was exhausting. On the other hand, he was also excited while shooting this segment because he got to realize how he could easily play the role of Emma Watson’s Hermione Granger while he wore ladies’ clothing.
Daniel Radcliffe Realized He Could Play Hermione Granger Easily When He Shot The ‘7 Harrys’ Scene
If you put your heart and soul into something, and it’s loved to no end by fans, then you can rest assure that you have done what you strived for. Sure, Daniel Radcliffe may have been exhausted beyond his limit shooting the ‘7 Harrys’ Scene, but he did learn he was good at playing other roles apart from the protagonist as well.In the past (via The Things), the Now You See Me 2 star revealed that despite this scene from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows – Part One being tiresome to shoot, he still felt a sense of enjoyment, especially because he was free to act out different characters.
Among them, he claimed that playing the character of Hermione came very naturally to him, a role that was thought wouldn’t suit anyone but Emma Watson. He said:
“The most surprising thing was how quickly I got Emma [Watson]. I look fantastic in women’s clothing,”
While it may have been fun watching Radcliffe incorporate Hermione’s characteristics with Harry’s face, it sadly couldn’t last very long.
What Was The ‘7 Harrys’ Scene From Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows – Part One
This scene is introduced towards the start of the film, where The Dursley Family home is revealed to have lost Lily Potter’s protective spell, which made Harry susceptible to attacks from Voldemort and his minions.
Thus, in order to ensure his safety, Potter’s friends and teachers from Hogwarts decided to transport him to The Weasley Family home. But that transportation is vulnerable to attacks as well, which is why his friends decided to become decoys for the enemy and scatter by consuming a transformation portion that visually makes them all look like Potter.
