Yellowstone actor Kevin Costner is believed to be seeing a new woman following his bitter divorce from Christine Beumgarter last year as he’s found someone ‘just his type’

Kevin Costner, 70, has found love again with a stunning sporty woman, 24 years younger than him. The Yellowstone actor believes the beauty is “just his type” following his divorce last year.

He finalised the divorce from wife Christine Baumgarter, 51, in February 2024 following a bitter legal battle. They married back in 2004 and welcomed three children together.

Kelly admitted “water is my medicine” as she regularly takes to working out at sea or in lakes. She has young children of her own, and is said to have sparked romance rumours with Kevin last week.

They both headed to the JAS Labor Day Experience festival in Snowmass Village near Aspen. “Kevin is dating and happy again after a very dark time in his life,” a source told the Daily Mail.

However, Christine filed for divorce in 2023 citing irreconcilable differences. Now, Kevin is reportedly loved up with Kelly Noonan Gores, 46. She has a keen interest in watersports, having taken up paddle boarding, surfing and wakeboarding. The 5ft7in blonde bombshell regularly shares snaps in bikinis as she soaps up Lake Michigan and Malibu.

“He has been seeing Kelly. They were together in Aspen in late July. He has tried to keep it very hush hush because he doesn’t want this to go off the rails.”

They added: “She is exactly his type and they have a lot in common: the outdoors, sports — she likes to surf — long walks with dogs.” Kelly has also gone through the pains of divorce as she was previously married to billionaire Alec Gores, 72, from 2016 to 2024.

She candidly spoke about the split on her podcast, Heal With Kelly, in January. “It was excruciating. Even though I initiated the conversation, neither of us wanted this, and it was extremely heartbreaking,” she said.

Kelly added that it was the “hardest year” of her life and continued: “This is not for a lack of love. I love this man deeply and madly and tremendously and have so much respect for him.

“So grateful for everything I have learned, everything that he has taught me and just the adventures and the growth that we’ve had together. He truly was my best friend.”

Following his own divorce, Kevin expressed his desire to meet someone new. “A person who wants to be loved, and they … feel like they’re at their very best, and that love helps that and doesn’t hinder it,” he told Fox News.

According to multiple sources speaking to Us Weekly, Kevin and Kelly are “hanging out casually and were connected by friends.” They say the relationship is “not serious yet,” and that Kevin and Kelly have recently “spent time” together in Colorado.

“They both frequent Aspen often and have mutual friend groups. They have been getting to know each other and seeing each other casually when they can,” one source said.

Kevin agreed to share joint custody of his children with ex Christine following their divorce, and he was ordered to pay over $63,000 a month in child support. Christine is now engaged to their former neighbor, Josh Connor.
