Jake Paul is set to face one of the most feared fighters in boxing history this summer, but he’s already potentially building future matchups.

The YouTube star has fully embraced his newfound life as a professional boxer, and is one of the biggest draws in combat sport currently. And he will reach new heights when he faces legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas on July 20.

Paul vs Tyson will be the first boxing match streamed live on Netflix, and has already drawn a record gate at the 102,000-capacity stadium. But somehow, the social media sensation has been able to eye up other opportunities, including his next fight.

Jake Paul confirms he could face the winner of Mike Tyson undercard fight

The Paul vs Tyson fight card will feature serious boxing matches with world level implications, as well as some fun crossover bouts. One standout on the event is former UFC star Darren Till facing ex-world champion boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

The Mexican has been off his game for years, but still brings a once world-level skillset to the ring against the returning Till. After leaving the UFC following a loss to Dricus Du Plessis in 2022, the Brit has turned his attentions to boxing where he has been training for the past year intensively.

And Paul has already teased that if the winner shows something impressive in their outing, he could face them at his next major event. After teasing a potential bout with the winner on social media, he further detailed what was needed in a recent interview with The Schmo.

“They’ve got to make a statement, a KO win,” he explained. “Win the crowd over and be so good that I see their skill and I’m impressed by them that I want to make a big fight with them happen.”

Darren Till insists he may invade the ring after Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson

Till and Chavez Jr have both previously expressed their interest in fighting Paul, but have yet to get the bout made. And it seems that the Brit is willing to go above and beyond in order to make sure that he gets that next headliner.

Speaking with The Mac Life, Till was asked if he would get in the ring after Paul vs Tyson to which he replied: “Most probably, with a pint. After the win with a pint just jump in and having it. I probably will do that.”

“I’m going to hold [Jake Paul] to it now,” he had said earlier in the interview. “When I win, when I knock Chavez Jr out I’m going to get on the mic or whatever. I’ll watch Jake’s fight and I’ll be right in there in the mix because I’m going to hold him to that fight now.

“F*** him fighting Tommy [Fury], f*** him fighting anyone else, all this McGregor, Canelo. I’m the same size as him so let’s see.”
