Following his stunning double knockout win in his MMA debut last night, Eddie Hall wants a legitimate fight with a seasoned veteran,

The former ‘World’s Strongest Man’ winner came in over 366lb for his bout with featherweight influencer siblings The Neffati Brothers last night. And after struggling to catch the duo as they literally ran for cover, he eventually landed the one punch he needed to finish proceedings.

Hall has been training for the last few months, and was due to compete in a tournament pitting strongmen against one another in February before ending up with the 2v1 opportunity. And he wants a traditional MMA fight now, with another ‘World’s Strongest Man’ winner in his sights.

Eddie Hall calls for showdown with fellow ‘World’s Strongest Man’ Mariusz Pudzianowski

For years, there has been a clamour for KSW veteran Mariusz Pudzianowski to face one of the most famous strongmen in the sport. Both Thor Bjornsson and Eddie Hall have been approached about the fight, but his extensive experience has meant the gap may be too tight to close.

However, following his win over the Neffati Brothers, the Brit appeared keen on a showdown with the Polish powerhouse. He won the ‘World’s Strongest Man’ title five times during his first career and made the finals nine times, before dropping over 57lb in order to make the 265lb MMA heavyweight limit.

“Listen, I don’t want to say names right now,” he claimed on the microphone before telling host Fuad Abdul-Aziz that Bjornsson would never give him a rematch of their 2022 boxing bout in the cage due to being “too much of a p*****.”

“I think someone like Mariusz Pudzianowski, he’s got 20 years experience in the game,” Hall continued. “He’s still a big guy, still very strong and he is a hard b******, there’s no denying that Mariusz Pudzianowski is very hard.

“I think the fans want to see a ‘World’s Strongest Man’ vs ‘World’s Strongest Man’, so there we go. If someone can bring the right deal to the table I know Mariusz is game, he’s always in my inbox sending me fighting emojis, so maybe this is it.”

Since his legendary strongman career, Pudzianowski has been tipping the scales just under 260lb for his heavyweight MMA fights. That would set the collective weight of their potential bout over 625lb.

Eddie Hall brutalises two brothers as he wins 2v1 MMA ‘freak fight’ with double KO

After months of training, Eddie Hall finally made his way into the cage last night as the main event for the debut of the World Freak Fight League. His performance delivered what was promised in the promotion’s name, landing a brutal double knockout over the Neffati Brothers.

For the first two rounds, however, the trio didn’t engage at all. One of the bout’s two referees even had to stop proceedings amid an onslaught of boos early on, demanding that the brothers make more of an effort to throw.

By the start of the third, the siblings had established a pattern of landing a quick leg kick that did next to no damage before sprinting back to position halfway across the cage. But with fans booing and Hall demanding that they attack, with seconds left on the clock they did just that.

Jamil and Jamel ran towards Hall, aiming for the legs as they attempted something of a double-single leg in which they both went for a takedown. However, he immediately started throwing around the duo like they were nothing, and after powerbombing one, he landed his sole clean shot of the night for a KO.

Once the first brother was out, it left just his sibling to try and survive for the final few seconds. But with the pair weighing in somewhere around 145lb each, the second he was caught by a man more than 200lb bigger he went down and was stopped with seconds left on the clock.
