Based on the information we have right now, we’re unclear if Victor will be back. Spoiler alert! In Francesca’s book, John ends up dying a sudden death. If there’s any kind of time jump to start season four, it’s possible Victor will not return. If Francesca is not the lead for season 4, it’s possible John could be alive the entire season. However, we can’t confirm anything at this time!
