Bridgerton has featured many extravagant homes — but how much does each house cost in real life?
Based on Julia Quinn’s book series, each season of Bridgerton focuses on a different member of the titular family as they attempt to find love in 19th-century London. The hit Netflix series is expected to have eight seasons based on the eight novels written by Quinn about each Bridgerton sibling.
The Regency series hasn’t only focused on the Bridgertons though, with characters such as the Featheringtons, Queen Charlotte (Golda Rosheuvel) and Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) getting plenty of screen time as well. As a result, fans have gotten a glimpse at a multitude of onscreen residences that are actual mansions, courtyards, museums and churches viewers can visit in real life.
In June 2024, executive producer Shonda Rhimes revealed how Bridgerton’s success has added over a quarter of a billion pounds (approximately $317 million) to the U.K. economy since the show debuted in December 2020.
“The Bridgerton universe occupies a special space in culture, resonating with young and old alike, creating conversation, starting trends and influencing everything from baby names to weddings,” Rhimes said in a statement. “The shows have also had a seismic impact on the U.K. economy, boosting it by a quarter of a billion pounds over the last five years and supporting thousands of jobs and businesses. It is clear that the business of art and culture can make a huge economic contribution to local communities. I could not be prouder.”
According to The New York Times, AgentAdvice, which is a service providing research and education to real estate professionals, was able to calculate the values of the real-life buildings on Bridgerton by using local median prices per square foot.

Queen Charlotte’s Castle (Hampton Court Palace)
After getting married to King George III (James Fleet), which was the focus of Bridgerton’s prequel series, Queen Charlotte, the monarch moved to her current residence. The scenes at Queen Charlotte’s house were actually filmed at the 16th-century Hampton Court Palace, which was home to King Henry VIII and all his six wives.
Estimated Value: $565 million

The Duke of Hastings’ Portfolio (Wilton House and Castle Howard)
Season 1 focused on Daphne’s (Phoebe Dynevor) love story with Simon (Regé-Jean Page). In addition to his home in the city, Simon also owned property in the country, which is where most of those steamy scenes between the couple took place.
Estimated Value: $74 million combined

Bridgerton House (Ranger’s House)
The home where most of the Bridgerton siblings still reside on the show is a museum located in London’s Greenwich neighborhood.
Estimated Value: $8 million

Lady Danbury’s Manse (Holburne Museum of Art)
The Queen Charlotte prequel offered more insight into why Lady Danbury is always the first one to throw a ball to kick off the season. The glamorous events take place at Holburne Museum of Art, which is the perfect place for sparks to fly.
Estimated Value: $7 million
Featherington House (Royal Crescent)

A notable plot point on season 3 of Bridgerton was the fact that Penelope could look out her window to see Colin across the street because of the proximity between their two households. In real life, the Featherington home is located at No. 1 Royal Crescent in Bath, England, meaning that the family’s 18th-century row house isn’t in close proximity to Ranger’s House.
Estimated Value: $6 million
The Mondriches’ Home (Kingston Bagpuize House)

After becoming a fan-favorite couple during the first two seasons of the show, Bridgerton pushed Alice (Emma Naomi) and Will (Martins Imhangbe) into high society during season 3. The pair found out that Alice’s relative left her fortune to their young son. As a result, their family moved into a new home while navigating their new roles after working for all of their lives. Their palatial new house is played by the Kingston Bagpuize House, which is located in Abingdon, England.
Estimated Value: $4 million
