One of the greatest sitcoms of the 21st century is making its triumphant return to Netflix. After previously leaving the service, Tina Fey’s critically acclaimed NBC comedy series 30 Rock is officially heading back to Netflix in the United Kingdom and several other international territories this May.

We can confirm that all seven seasons of 30 Rock will be available to stream on Netflix UK and in select international regions, including Italy, France, and other European territories, starting Friday, May 1st, 2026. All seven seasons across 138 episodes will touch down.

You can check whether it’s coming to Netflix in your region by searching for the title – if the title shows up, good news, you’ll be streaming it in just a few weeks. If not, like those in the United States, Canada, and Australia, you’ll be out of luck, but fingers crossed it rolls out further afield in the months to come.

It’s a busy few weeks for licensing pickups around the world, with Rescue Me hitting a large swathe of Netflix on May 1st, in addition to The Handmaid’s Tale hitting Netflix in many regions. Of course, given licenses can already be out elsewhere, there are many regional exclusions.

The Return of an NBC Classic

If you’ve been a Netflix subscriber for a few years, you’ll know that 30 Rock has had a bit of a revolving-door relationship with the platform. The series was previously licensed to Netflix in various regions before NBCUniversal pulled back many of its highest-profile comedies to bolster its own platforms or syndicate elsewhere.

Now, as NBCUniversal continues to open up its licensing vault to Netflix internationally (much as we’ve seen with Parks and Recreation and The Office), Liz Lemon and the TGS crew are back for another round of binge-watching.

Note for US Subscribers: At this time, 30 Rock is not scheduled to return to Netflix US on May 1st. The series remains securely on Peacock and Hulu domestically. They last saw the series streaming for a year-long stint between August 2021 and August 2022.

The Lowdown: What is 30 Rock About?

Created by and starring Tina Fey, the series is a surreal, satirical, and lightning-fast workplace comedy loosely based on Fey’s time as the head writer for Saturday Night Live.

The show follows Liz Lemon, the constantly stressed head writer of the sketch comedy show TGS with Tracy Jordan. Her life is turned upside down when a new, hyper-capitalist network executive, Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin), takes over and forces her to hire unpredictable movie star Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) to co-star alongside her narcissistic best friend, Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski).

30 Rock is famous for its incredible core cast, winning multiple Emmy Awards for its acting, writing, and guest stars:

Tina Fey as Liz Lemon
Alec Baldwin as Jack Donaghy
Tracy Morgan as Tracy Jordan
Jane Krakowski as Jenna Maroney
Jack McBrayer as Kenneth Parcell, the eternally optimistic NBC page
Scott Adsit as Pete Hornberger
Judah Friedlander as Frank Rossitano
