From the very moment the series premiered back in December 2020, it was only a matter of time before Netflix’s original series Bridgerton became a fan favorite, keeping viewers entertained mid-pandemic and delighting everyone who set their eyes on its imagery with an exquisite setting and countless graceful costume designs. At times, Bridgerton feels like escapism, eliciting the audiences’ appeal for a long-gone era while adding the pleasant twist of a more modern approach.
Season two came out in March this year — and with it arrived the two Sharma sisters: Kate (Simone Ashley) and Edwina (Charithra Chandran), who are equal parts wise as they are charming. Could they be your zodiac twin? Find out which character you would be, and don’t forget to check your rising sign as well!
Aries (March 21—April 19): Lady Danbury
.jpg)
Dynamic and quick-witted, Adjoa Andoh’s beautifully crafted character Lady Danbury displays her Aries qualities to perfection. The character captures everyone’s attention with an enormous presence, lighting up an entire room whenever she walks in. Ambitious and humorous, Lady Danbury is a determined, confident, and self-assured woman who owns nothing to anyone but herself.
Aries are considered to be very loyal people, which is a fact clearly reflected on her friendship with Simon’s (Regé-Jean Page) mother and on the character’s desire to prevail in the young man’s life, representing a second mother-figure. However, despite all these amazing personality traits, Aries individuals tend to be short on patience and can sometimes be prone to moodiness.
Taurus (April 20—May 20): Kate Sharma

While Kate (Simone Ashley) is sharp, she is also gentle. Like a proper Taurus, this Sharma sister is graceful, patient, and can not help but channel big mom-friend’s energy throughout the series, especially when it comes to Edwina. Being a good listener is something that comes naturally to her as Tauruses are very understanding people: it is their nature to give without expecting anything in return.
Though a sensual woman with needs and desires, Sharma holds onto her armor, shielding herself from heartache and insecurities that might come with it. When it comes to the weaknesses of the bull sign, stubbornness — a very present trait at the beginning of her relationship with Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) — and resentment (forgiving but hardly forgetting) are usually the most significant issues.
Gemini (May 21—June 21): Penelope Featherington

When it comes to Lady Whistledown herself, it is nearly impossible even to consider attributing any other star sign to the character. Like the twins, a Mercury (planet of thinking and communication) ruled sign, Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) is very friendly and outspoken. It only makes sense that someone whose short for their name is “Pen” holds a deep love for the written word, and it is pretty fitting, as writing is an everyday leisure activity among Gemini natives.
Although kind, adaptable, and intelligent, Geminis tend to be somewhat nosy and quickly enthralled by gossip. Sounds familiar, right?
Cancer (June 22—July 22): Edwina Sharma

Edwina (Charithra Chandran) is a nurturing, loving young lady who seeks to love and be loved. Often seen wearing softer colors that emphasize the gentleness of her character, Kate’s younger sister is enchanting in her own way, charming everyone — yes, even the Queen — with her sweet nature, just like dear Cancer.
The crab, often known for being the most sensitive sign among the twelve, can also be clingy, possessive, and downright unstoppable when it truly wants something, which pretty much describes Edwina’s infatuation with Anthony at the beginning.
Leo (July 23—August 22): Queen Charlotte

There is no doubt that Queen Charlotte, played by Golda Rosheuvel, is a Leo. If there is any zodiac sign that we have managed to get right, it must be this one. Highly interested in luxury, a little bit vain with a desire to stand out, the Queen manages to steal the limelight in every scene she stars in. Leo natives are inclined to channel a lively, bright aura filled with optimistic, charismatic, and youthful energy.
It is very usual for a Leo to feel the need to be perceived as unbreakable because they are scared of admitting vulnerability, which takes us back to one specific moment in the latest season where the character feels visibly threatened by Lady Whistledown, but tries not to pay it any mind.
Virgo (August 23—September 22): Lady Violet Bridgerton

Lady Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell) is the widow of Lord Edmund Bridgerton and the mother of the eight Bridgerton siblings. Patient and responsible, the character strikes the audience as the well-developed Virgo who has always been an avid caretaker — Virgos are as reliable and disciplined as they are emphatic, making them masters at providing care to those who need it.
As an earth sign that is a tad more likely to be realistic rather than dreamy, Virgo natives’ feet stand firmly on the ground and tend to be a bit controlling.
Libra (September 23—October 22): Daphne Basset, née Bridgerton

Phoebe Dynevor’s character Daphne’s traits easily resemble the temperament of a Libra — calm, collected, perfectly balanced with a proneness to care a lot (in the best possible way). Often, Libras are hopeless romantics who get deeply invested in the people they love, making them fall hard. Like Scorpios, these affectionate natives are also highly observant. Remember when Daphne was the first and only character to notice the tension between Kate and Anthony?
Enamored by beautiful aesthetics and singlehandedly the kings and queens of self-care, Librans can be highly indecisive, taking ages to dwell on their choices.
Scorpio (October 23—November 21): Genevieve Delacroix

While Simon Basset would be the perfect example of a Scorpio — magnetic, intense, passionate —he does not make an appearance in Season 2 of Bridgerton, sadly. Madame Delacroix also comes off as one, though; Kathryn Drysdale’s character indeed appears to be a very mysterious, sharp-eyed woman with great attention to detail.
In the second season of the series, Genevive revealed herself to be both daring and ambitious when making a deal with Penelope, which frequently are Scorpio qualities. At its worst, the sign can be obsessive and manipulative.
Sagittarius (November 22—December 21): Colin Bridgerton

Colin (Luke Newton) screams Sagittarius in all means possible: he’s adventurous, independent, well-traveled, and loves sharing knowledge with someone who will thoroughly appreciate it. Innovative and imaginative, this Bridgerton brother never fails to impress everyone with his cheerful spirit and fun-loving personality.
Though there are countless excellent qualities to describe this fire sign, Sagittarius natives tend to be too idealistic and impatient.
Capricorn (December 22—January 19): Anthony Bridgerton

When Lord Bridgerton (Rupert Evans) passed away, Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) was forced to become the head of the family. Since then, the character has showcased his structured and hardworking nature, just like our fellow Capricorns. While the oldest brother might appear intimidatingly serious, he is also surprisingly entertaining, and that went to show during the latest season.
Whereas it is frequent for Capricorn individuals to be somewhat pessimistic, hard to reach, and detached, the earth sign doesn’t take romance lightly. They would rather be alone than in an unhappy relationship.
Aquarius (January 20—February 18): Eloise Bridgerton

It is no surprise to anyone that the quirky Bridgerton, Eloise (Claudia Jessie), is quite evidently an Aquarius — adaptable, social, and intellectually curious. The character effortlessly stands out in the series with her out-of-the-box perspectives and unusual, too-advanced-for-the-time-period way of thinking.
Impulsiveness and a short attention span might be two faults of people who share this zodiac sign. Their minds can be restless, constantly wandering from one place to another.
Pisces (February 19—March 20): Benedict Bridgerton

Pisces is arguably the most artistic sign out of the zodiac; it is the one that is prone to fantasy and knows no boundaries. Benedict’s (Luke Thompson) creative skills and overall qualities — such as an open mind and sentimental side — fit Pisces’ dreamy and imaginative stereotypes perfectly, hence why he might be one.
It is pretty standard for Pisceans to second-guess their intelligence since, as a very intuitive sign, they absorb and sift through sentiment rather than mechanically analyze data. An underdeveloped Pisces struggles with boundaries and is quick (perhaps too quick) to forgive.
