Rihanna cemented her status as queen of the surprise pregnancy announcement when she debuted a baby bump on the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala, revealing that she is expecting her third child with partner A$AP Rocky.
The 37-year-old proudly bared her growing bump in a cropped Marc Jacobs suit jacket, a matching skirt, and a corset-style wool top that was tailored to perfection in keeping with the theme: “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.”
Speaking about her growing family at the New York-based event, the songstress told Entertainment Tonight she is not “too overwhelmed” about becoming a mother of three.
“I’m good, shockingly feeling okay. At first, I was kind of like—tired but I’m excited,” she revealed.
Meanwhile, A$AP—who stepped back into the spotlight as one of the co-chairs of the Met Gala, just weeks after he was found not guilty in a felony assault trial—confessed that he “feels amazing” now that the news about their pregnancy is out in the world.
While speaking with the Associated Press, he said, “It feels amazing, you know? We were tired of holding that, and it was time to show the people what we was cooking up. I’m glad everybody’s happy for us, because we’re definitely happy.”
Luckily for the happy couple, they have more than enough rooms across their property portfolio to house a new arrival. The only question is: Which house will they choose?

Beverly Hills estates
Rihanna and A$AP’s main residence is believed to be the Beverly Hills, CA, home they purchased in 2020 for $3.8 million.
The 7,600-square-foot mansion boasts five bedrooms and is near the Beverly Hills Hotel and Sunset Boulevard.
It features an open floor plan with French oak flooring, a chef’s kitchen, a cocktail bar, and formal living and family rooms. The primary bedroom has sensational views and a spa bathroom that opens to a private outdoor area.
The house was originally built in 1938 and has been modernized over the years. It now offers a contemporary design combined with traditional style.
A$AP also owns another $4 million home nearby, which he bought in 2015. That house was the site of an April 2022 raid carried out by police investigating the allegations being levied against him.
During the trial, the jury was shown images taken during the raid, with video footage captured at the time revealing that officers used a battering ram to gain access to the gated dwelling, which is located on a leafy street lined with luxury properties.
The cops removed multiple boxes of evidence from the home as well as several guns, which did not match the one used in the shooting, according to TMZ, which later published images of several U-Haul trucks leaving the home.

However, according to records, the home is still in the rapper’s possession, having last traded hands in 2015, when A$AP Rocky purchased it for $3.05 million—although Realtor.com® estimates it is now worth more than $4 million.
The 6,506-square-foot property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It also boasts an expansive open floor plan with a gorgeous Italian kitchen, private bedroom balconies, and a zero-edge pool.
According to the original listing, the home is a “spectacular cutting edge” property with “stunning designer finishes.”
Hamptons retreat
In the summer of 2020, the singer forked over $415,000-a-month for a rental in the Hamptons. She resided in the property, which sprawled across 6,140-square-feet from July to August.
The home boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
It features an open floor plan and is tucked away behind lush greenery. The property also offers stunning views.
To add to its A-lister status, the property is also the spot where Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian filmed their 2014 reality TV show.
London’s calling

The singer opted to splash out $25,000-a-week on a 19th-century house in London in 2018.
The rental sprawled across 6,332 square feet and came complete with eight bedrooms, a home gym, a theater room, and a 10-car garage.
Inside, the home boasted mirror-lined ceilings, black parquet floors, and a music room with a bar adorned in Swarovski crystals.
In 2020, the home was listed for $40.94 million.
Manhattan move

Rihanna also tested out life in the Big Apple. She rented a high-flying Manhattan penthouse apartment in 2013, for a head-spinning $39,000 a month. Then she dropped the pad in 2017, when the rent soared to $50,000 a month. At that point, the place came on the market for a whopping $17 million.
Spanning the top two floors of the building, the 7,000-square-foot unit includes a 2,400-square-foot wraparound terrace.
The top floor is accessed by a key-locked elevator. It opens to the living room, which features oversized windows, a 13-foot-high-ceiling, concrete flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace.
The open layout includes a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. There’s a steel-and-wood floating staircase, media alcove, dry bar, and a powder room off the kitchen.
The outdoor terrace delivers gorgeous views of the city and makes a perfect perch for hosting parties.
There are three full bathrooms and four bedrooms, including the master suite with a dressing room and walk-in closet.
While the digs are certainly worthy of a rockstar, the home seems to have struggled to find a buyer. After coming on and off the market over the years, with a drop in the price tag of about $1 million in 2020, it’s since been taken off the market.
