‘Outer Banks’ Seasons 1-4 Soundtrack is Getting a Vinyl Release
To celebrate the upcoming final season, Netflix is releasing a beautiful 2xLP gold vinyl featuring the original score for ‘Outer Banks’ Seasons 1 through 4.

Earlier today, we finally got long-awaited news about the fifth and final season of Outer Banks, which is scheduled to hit our screens on August 20th, 2026.
Netflix has officially announced that fans of the smash-hit series Outer Banks can finally bring the sun-drenched sounds of the OBX directly to their turntables. A brand-new 25-track vinyl collection featuring the original score from Seasons 1 through 4 is available for pre-order starting today!
Produced by award-winning composer Fil Eisler, the 2xLP collection comes pressed on translucent gold wax (fittingly reminiscent of the gold of El Dorado) and features an awesome photo collage inside the gatefold.
As Netflix noted in its press release, music has always been the beating heart of Outer Banks, setting the perfect tone for endless treasure hunts, Kook vs. Pogue rivalries, and narrow escapes. The series’ anthem, “Left Hand Free” by Alt-J, became a viral TikTok sensation following Season 1 and serves as the definitive sonic backdrop for the Pogues (in fact, a new rendition of the song is featured in today’s S5 teaser trailer!). Let’s not forget the massive resurgence of Dr. Dog’s single “Where’d All the Time Go?”, which became a viral hit following its emotional placement in Season 2.
The music is so integral to the show that Netflix has even hosted two ‘Poguelandia: An Outer Banks Experience’ music festivals. The inaugural 2023 event in Huntington Beach boasted sets from Khalid, Lil Baby, alt-J, Elley Duhé, Surf Mesa, and The Nude Party, while the recent 2024 edition featured killer live performances from Chase B, Remi Wolf, GloRilla, and Jungle. No word on whether it’ll return for 2026.
