Meghan MarkleĀ has shared a clip of her andĀ Prince HarryĀ dancing to Baby Mama, shortly before the birth of their daughter Lilibet.

To mark Lilibet’s fourth birthday,Ā Meghan shared a series of heartwarming posts on social media, including photos of herself and Harry with their daughter, as well as a video of the couple dancing in a hospital room ahead of Lilibet’s arrival.

On 4 June, Meghan shared with her followers: ā€œFour years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do!ā€

In the video, a heavily-pregnant Meghan dances to Starrkeisha’s Baby Mama – a song popularised on TikTok – while Harry can be seen busting a move or two as he glides across the shot.

In the video, a heavily-pregnant Meghan dances to Starrkeisha’s Baby Mama – a song popularised on TikTok – while Harry can be seen busting a move or two as he glides across the shot.

The Baby Mama challenge, where heavily pregnant women dance to the song (with some even drawing faces on their bumps), has more than 32,000 posts on TikTok – and Harry and Meghan are clearly fans, too.

The Duchess of Sussex disabled comments on her Instagram posts – a wise move considering she’s been bizarrelyĀ accused of faking pregnanciesĀ in the past andĀ having a ā€œmoon bumpā€.

You’d have thought that a video of her dancing heavily pregnant in a hospital would be enough to silence such speculation – however when news outlets shared the clip on social media, more comments came flooding in.

In response toĀ Grazia reposting the video, one reader said: ā€œAt that stage (three times for me) it’s not just having a bump – it’s having carried that for nine months, it’s at the head engaged stage, you feel so heavy and weighed down mentally as well as physically – the last thing you want to do is dance round the waiting bed. Sorry do not believe.ā€

ā€œI agree you can’t dance around like that at all!ā€ added another commenter.

But there were plenty who jumped to Meghan’s defence and enjoyed seeing the couple having fun together.

ā€œI actually love this. I’m not a fan, but there’s been so much crap written about their pregnancies. Hope this silences the haters!ā€ said one commenter.

ā€œLove this on so many levels. Anyone who calls her fake clearly hasn’t seen this video, this is as real as it gets. Every woman who’s hit 40 weeks with no baby in sight knows this exact feeling. Pure joy, humour and truth in one reel.ā€

Another said: ā€œI’ve seenĀ soooĀ much hate for this, people are just wild. Of all the things in the world you could get mad about,Ā THISĀ is what flips you out?!

ā€œSo many comments that you can’t dance like this in labour (soooĀ many ā€˜I’ve had four kids and you don’t dance in labour’ type comments)Ā wellll, yes you can. I did. I love this video. It’s joyous.ā€
