Five men have been arrested over the incident.

A man has allegedly been kidnapped in a suspected gangland incident in Sydney‘s west.

The target, a man aged in his 30s, was allegedly assaulted and forced into a vehicle on Eve St in Guildford by a group of men about 11.30pm on Monday.

The victim has been identified as Emilio Chalhoub, believed to be a bodyguard to Sydney rapper Ali Younes, who is understood to have links to the Alameddine crime syndicate.

The suspected getaway vehicle, believed to be Chalhoub’s Ford Ranger, was found partially burnt out on Belmore St in Villawood, about 5km southwest of the crime scene.

Police later located Chalhoub at a property in Casula, southwest Sydney, about 12.30am on Tuesday.

He was taken to hospital in a stable condition having suffered facial injuries.

Chalhoub’s father was injured in an alleged targeted attack in June last year.

Police alleged three men arrived at the home looking for Chalhoub but mistakenly attacked his father, Bassam.

Locals reported seeing him being chased down and “bashed” with a baseball bat. Police reported he was also stabbed in the leg.
