Keanu Reeves gave rare insight into how he’s managed to maintain a healthy seven-year relationship with his girlfriend Alexandra Grant in the glare of the spotlight.

The 60-year-old Matrix alum told E! News on Monday of the keys to lasting love: ‘Sharing, communicating, you know, supporting.’

Keanu originally met the 51-year-old artist – whom he calls ‘my honey’ – at a dinner party in 2009 before contributing poetry to two of her books, Ode to Happiness in 2011 and Shadows in 2016.

Reeves and Alexandra co-founded the small publishing imprint X Artists’ Books in 2017 alongside Jessica Fleischmann before they officially began dating in 2018.

‘We have been on a couple of trips together on the motorcycle and we have enjoyed it,’ the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 star gushed.

‘Since then, we have not done it again. [But] there’s no declaration of like, “I’m never riding with you again because you’re crazy.”‘

Keanu – who co-founded ARCH Motorcycle with Gard Hollinger in 2011 – noted that Grant is more likely to be the faster rider: ‘I would imagine, yeah.’

Reeves’ comments came three weeks after the grantLOVE project founder told People of their private bond: ‘The main thing is that people are happy for us.’

The Beirut-born Canadian previously romanced Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron and Oscar-winning screenwriter Sofia Coppola – as well as the late David Lynch’s assistant Jennifer Syme, who died in a 2001 car accident after welcoming their stillborn daughter in 1999.

Alexandra’s work is currently featured in LACMA’s self-portrait group show Before You Now, which runs through April 13 at the Lancaster Museum of Art and History in Lancaster, CA.

Keanu and Gard Hollinger co-executive produce and co-host the innovative docuseries Visionaries, which premieres March 7 on the Roku Channel.

Reeves’ alternative rock band Dogstar – featuring frontman Bret Domrose and drummer Robert Mailhouse – is next scheduled to perform April 25 at the Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto, CA.

The Book of Elsewhere co-author will then reprise his role as super-assassin John Wick opposite Ana de Armas’ vengeful dancer Eve Macarro in Len Wiseman’s action film Ballerina, which hits US theaters June 6 and UK theaters June 7.

The role was originated by Unity Phelan in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.

The late Lance Reddick, Ian McShane, Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Norman Reedus, and Catalina Sandino Moreno will also appear in Ballerina.

Keanu will portray the angel Gabriel in Aziz Ansari’s feature directorial debut Good Fortune – hitting US/UK theaters October 17 – alongside Seth Rogen, Keke Palmer, and Sandra Oh.

In the fall, Reeves will play Estragon opposite Alex Winter’s Vladimir in director Jamie Lloyd’s Broadway revival of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot.

The Secret Level actor’s other upcoming projects include Francis Lawrence’s long-delayed Constantine sequel, Jonah Hill’s black comedy Outcome for Apple TV+, and Ruben Östlund’s satirical black comedy The Entertainment System Is Down.
