The MMA star had a hard time trying to make a prediction of this potential fight

The fight that got postponed due to a medical emergency Mike Tyson suffered during a flight is still one of the most talked about subjects in combat sports. For those who wondered, the fight wasn’t cancelled but it was postponed. Jake Paul still had to go through ith the arrangement and took Mike Perry as his rival for July 20. But people from the combat sports world are still commenting on what will happen when Jake and Mike meet inside the ring during the fall. One of these people is UFC Bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley, who is having mixed feelings about the fight just like pretty much everybody else.

O’Malley’s prediction of the Tyson vs Paul fight

Contrary to what Dana White and Oscar de la Hoya have to say about this fight, Sean O’Malley seems to be part of the camp that believes this will be an easy ride for Mike Tyson. Despite pushing 60, the legendary boxer still looks scarier than 99% of the world’s population. When askedabout the fight, O’Malley said: “So for him to just come up and get a fight, I’m sure he’s going to be in as good shape as he possibly could be in. But it’s just, you know, it’s not his time right now. I love Mike Tyson. But, I do think Jake’s gonna get the job done and I do think, eight two-minute rounds, I believe you could put him away in the later rounds, 5,6,7,8, I do think you could put him down, which is crazy to even f**king say. I hope Tyson saves a little bit of Jake Paul for me.”

If you read that correctly, Sean O’Malley also slipped that challenge in there because he also wants a piece of Jake Paul. But ‘The Problem Child’ has proven multiple times already that he can definitely deal with UFC fighters, he has a perfect record against all of them. Although he only really struggled against Anderson Silva. Sean O’Malley would be an entirely different beast because the punching power he has is amongst the top fighters in the industry. Before any of this speculation can even materialize, we need Jake Paul to not lose his fight against Mike Perry and hope his fight against Mike Tyson actually takes place.
