Ant McPartlin left his co-star Declan Donnelly speechless as he gave him a very special birthday surprise.

It appears Declan Donnelly was left utterly stunned when his mate and co-presenter Ant McPartlin surprised him with a rather special birthday treat.

At the moment, the beloved Geordie pair are busy filming in South Africa for a fresh series of I’m A Celeb All Stars.

This follows their recent NTA disappointment, where Gary Lineker took home the award for best presenter.

Nevertheless, the duo paused their filming commitments to mark Dec’s milestone birthday, as the ITV favourite celebrates turning 50.

On their Instagram page, Ant joked they ‘weren’t allowed’ to reference his age, though he had two particular presents for Dec to commemorate the moment.

Revealing a black T-shirt adorned with numerous photos of his beloved pooch, Rocky, Dec exclaimed: “Oh, I love it! I love it.”

Yet the surprises weren’t finished there, as the second garment Ant presented to Dec was another shirt, this time featuring Ant’s own face, reports the Express.

Ant explained: “It’s me!! So, when we’re not working together, you can have me on your t-shirt and then hopefully nobody will call you Ant from now on. Or, they might call you Ant because you’re wearing the t-shirt, but they can look at the face.

“So, if you wear that no one will ever get you confused ever again.”

Whilst Dec confessed he was rather taken with it, it appeared he favoured the top featuring his dog instead.

Dec, one half of the popular duo Ant and Dec, was seen trying on two different tops in a playful moment.

Ant joked about the gift with his face on it, saying: “If you don’t love it, I’ll give it to the wife.”

Fans were quick to comment on the video, sending birthday wishes to Dec.
