Holly Willoughby’s media company owes £377,000 in tax, the High Court has heard.
The ITV star, 44, left This Morning in October 2023 after 14 years and recently hosted this year’s Dancing on Ice, which has now been axed following a decline in ratings. She’d hosted the last series with Stephen Mulhern.
She used to run Roxy Media, a media production and management firm, with her husband, Dan Baldwin. However, it was issued with a winding-up order earlier this year, according to court filings.
This order means that His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) could seek to shut down the business over unpaid taxes. The company has now been ordered to pay £377k in tax.

An HMRC spokeswoman previously said: “We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options, in order to protect taxpayers’ money.”
Ms Willoughby did not attend the short hearing on Wednesday (April 16), where Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs approved a 12-week adjournment. Roxy Media must pay by then the £377,000, which has been reduced from an unknown amount.

In response to a request from HMRC to adjourn the hearing, Judge Briggs said: “OK, that’s fine, you have until July 9.” The presenter set up the company with her husband to specialise in managing media clients.
Holly recently thanked ITV and everyone she worked with on Dancing on Ice, following news that it’s been shelved by ITV. Willoughby began presenting the ice skating show in 2006, alongside Phillip Schofield, who left ITV in 2023 in the wake of his affair scandal.
She wrote on social media: “A huge thank you to @itv, The brilliant team, Crew, Celebrities and Everyone who has been part of our Dancing on Ice family over the last 19 years.

“Every year, just when January felt at its greyest, Dancing on Ice arrived like a burst of glittering, dazzling light, warm, joyful, and full of heart… It has been an absolute privilege to work alongside true national treasures Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, and to have a front-row seat to their breathtaking skating.
“Watching them glide across the ice was nothing less than pure magic… A special thanks must also go to Arnica, Deep Heat, Spanx and fake tan, unsung heroes of the rink! …
She added: “I will miss it hugely, but I count myself so lucky to have had it for as long as we did. Finally and most importantly, thank you to you for watching, you’re the BEST! …”
Confirming the end of Dancing on Ice, an ITV spokesperson said: “Following another successful series earlier this year, Dancing On Ice will be rested in 2026 with no current plans for another series.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the cast and crew who have worked on the show since 2006, and over the previous 17 series, for all of their hard work both on and off the ice.”
