Just days after Julia Wandelt, the viral woman claiming to be Madeleine McCann, was arrested and charged with stalking, a new woman has emerged who thinks she’s the missing child.
Eugenea Collins is a 22-year-old American from Arkansas, and she reckons she is the little girl who disappeared in Praia de Luz, Portugal all the way back in 2007.
The woman has blonde hair and blue eyes and says her birthday is October 23, 2002, which would put her around the same age as Maddie who was born on May 12, 2003.
Eugenea told the MailOnline she took an ancestry DNA which shows she’s actually 68 percent English and Northwestern European, and that’s her first bit of ‘evidence’.
She also claims that she has weirdly never seen her birth certificate, saying: “I am unable to get any kind of identification.”
“I couldn’t even get any help from the people at the red cross when my house was burned because I have no identification.”
“I have never seen an original birth certificate neither. The only thing I saw had someone else’s name wrote on it and they marked that out and wrote mine above it.”
The 22-year-old says she has a piece of writing from Elementary School that describes her Portugal kidnapping.
Plus, she thinks her dad Eugene Collins is German convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner, who is one of the main suspects in the case.
“I saw pictures of the suspect and he looks like my biological father or who I’ve been told is my biological father my whole life,” she said.
“I never had any relationship with this man whatsoever and I was always told he was a little off in the head. When I first saw the photos of Christian Brueckner I instantly recognized that man.”

Eugenea told the MailOnline she had the realisation that she was the missing girl when she saw Julia speaking on Dr. Phil in 2023.
“If it wasn’t for me seeing her on the Dr. Phil show I would’ve never known. In a way her stupidity actually helped me find my family,” she claimed.
“I saw the age progressions and it was like I was looking in a mirror. I just know I saw pictures of myself online and it says I’m missing.”
She has supposedly told local police in Arkansas but they won’t take her seriously and has also tried to contact the Metropolitan Police’s open investigation Operation Grange.

However, these are obviously just her claims and there’s no proof she’s really the missing infant. In fact, people are already listing reasons she can’t be on her Facebook page.
Some have pointed out that she doesn’t have the same eye mark Madeleine famously had, while others think her ears are a different shape.
So, she’s already shaping up to be another fake Maddie wanting her 15 minutes of fame.
