Hugh Jackman's Hot Toys Wolverine figure from "Deadpool & Wolverine."

Fans are finally getting a look at what Hugh Jackman looks like wearing Wolverine’s cowl—in action figure form, at least.

Wolverine will wear his famous yellow Spandex costume from the X-Men comics in Deadpool & Wolverine, which is opening in theaters May 26. The reveal of the costume came early in set photos and through the film’s trailers, but Jackman has not been pictured yet wearing Wolverine’s famous mask.

Jackman, of course, has worn everything from a black leather outfit in the X-Men and standalone Wolverine movies to street clothes. The actor first played Logan/Wolverine in 2000’s X-Men and retired from playing character after 2017’s Logan.

Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, however, managed to persuade Jackman, 55, to play his famed, adamantium-clawed mutant character for at least one more film with Deadpool & Wolverine.

The mystery surrounding whether Jackman would be wearing Wolverine’s mask was somewhat unraveled Wednesday when collectible figure company Hot Toys revealed the 12-inch figure of the Deadpool & Wolverine figure of the latter character.

The figure not only features Jackman’s likeness as Logan/Wolverine but includes an alternate head sculpt where he is wearing Wolverine’s mask.

The Masked Wolverine Head Sculpt Will Come With Alternate Faces

According to a press release on Hot Toys’ Facebook page, “the Deluxe Deadpool & Wolverine figure includes “additional accessories for his alternate look, including an unmasked head sculpt, a pair of interchangeable sleeved arms, and a set of battle-damaged body armors to recreate more scenes.”

Wolverine’s masked head will come with alternate lower faces that can be swapped out to give the character various expressions, including rage.

Since Hot Toys is located in Hong Kong, U.S. collectibles maker Sideshow Collectibles will distribute the 12-inch Deluxe Wolverine figure from Deadpool & Wolverine stateside.

There is no release date or retail information yet, but generally, Hot Toys deluxe figures run about $300 or more.

If you want to see the real action movie figure—Hugh Jackman—in action, Deadpool & Wolverine opens in theaters nationwide on July 26.
