Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were left red-faced after a bombshell new book laid bare their alleged misgivings and shady past to the public. Royal author Andrew Lownie pulled no punches in his latest work, revealing intimate details about the Duke and Duchess of York’s turbulent lives post-divorce. One of the most surprising claims is that Ferguson persistently ‘followed’ golf legend Tiger Woods around his course in a bid to land a date. Lownie further alleges the Duchess confided her infatuation with Woods to longtime friend Piers Morgan.

Lownie’s book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, is a scathing investigative biography about the Duke and Duchess of York. As reported by the Daily Mail, in an excerpt, Lownie revealed that Ferguson confided in Morgan about pursuing ‘gorgeous’ Woods. As per the book, Morgan allegedly asked, “Who’s the lucky guy?” Ferguson reportedly replied, “He doesn’t know yet. It’s Tiger Woods! He’s so gorgeous. Do you think I stand a chance with him?” Morgan then tried to convince Ferguson that Woods might not have much room in his schedule for dating royals. The Duchess, who allegedly didn’t want to give up, told the British journalist that she would “follow him around the course for a bit and see how I get on.”

In 1997, after Woods claimed victory at the Byron Nelson tournament in Texas, Ferguson was photographed warmly embracing him with a wide smile. Their bond endured, and in 2019, she publicly celebrated Woods’s remarkable Masters comeback, calling it his greatest triumph. On Instagram, she praised him, writing, “Never have I been more proud. Good days and bad days, Tigers’ heart is loyal, steadfast, and he is an amazing friend.” Her alleged infatuation with Woods didn’t last long, as Lownie shared that she reportedly moved on to liking actor George Clooney.

Entitled also exposed Ferguson’s many alleged crushes after her divorce from Andrew. In one of the excerpts, it is mentioned that she once harbored a full-blown crush on John F. Kennedy Jr and allegedly went into a jealous rage after learning that the late Princess Diana had met him first. She reportedly fumed, “He’s mine! Why can’t she just leave him alone?” According to PEOPLE, a close friend of hers spilled in the book, “She’ll suddenly ask, ‘Do you think Ken will mind that I don’t like such and such a thing?’ It’s incredibly real to her, like a schoolgirl crush….The fact that she’s never even met him doesn’t seem to matter at all.” Speaking of Diana, the book also alleges that Ferguson reportedly tried to cash in on the Princess’s tragic death. As per Page Six, Lownie dished that after Diana’s demise, Ferguson met with an editor from HELLO! magazine to discuss how she might fill the gap left by the late Princess. She reportedly agreed “to give HELLO! everything about her for a monthly retainer.” A source quoted in the book claimed, “The deal was thought to be worth $134,000 a month.”

“She was laughing just minutes earlier.” A witness said they saw Nyla May Bradshaw near the golf course fence at 4:31 p.m. But a nearby parking lot camera recorded the movement at 4:31:24 p.m. — just 53 seconds later. In the zoomed-in frame, a pink object was lying near the edge of the fence. And when investigators reviewed the slow-motion footage, they noticed a detail that no one had previously noticed

I only turned away for a moment: According to the initial timeline, only about three minutes would have been enough for Nyla May Bradshaw to leave the backyard. The distance from the back door of the house to the golf course lake is only 176 meters. But the search team says they found two small footprints in the mud about two meters from the water’s edge. That small detail is leading many to believe that the little girl’s final moments may have happened much faster than everyone thought
