Stranger Things season 5 will come out in three parts on November 26, December 25, and December 31.
Unless The Lincoln Lawyer came out in October, there wouldn’t be enough time for the legal drama to thrive before getting absolutely trampled by the final season of Stranger Things. Even then, it would only have one month or so before it would get overshadowed by one of Netflix’s most-watched TV shows.
While it’s not a 100% overlap, the two shows don’t have completely different audiences, meaning one would take away from the other if they came out at the same time. By waiting until February 2026, Stranger Things has enough time to dominate the charts for multiple weeks before audiences have to shift their attention to The Lincoln Lawyer.
