The last known movements of heavily pregnant teenager Kacey-Rae have been pieced together by police in a frantic bid to find her, but it is her online activity weeks before her disappearance that has taken on a haunting new significance.

Kacey-Rae, 17, vanished on Sunday, November 23, sparking a major search operation across Gloucestershire and the West Midlands. She is believed to be with a 17-year-old who goes by the name of George, who has also been reported missing.

As officers scour CCTV and appeal for sightings, a Facebook post written by Kacey-Rae on October 11 has emerged. Weeks before she disappeared, Kacey-Rae took to social media with what seemed to be a gesture of kindness as she offered to give away her clothes for free. “Anyone know anyone or is in need of clothes,” she wrote on Facebook.

“A few womans clothes here (i’m still going through them so might be more) that someone can collect if they are in need! “They aren’t the best and aren’t immaculate but would definitely help someone in need out, will wash before collection. message me if your interested x.”

The post, seemingly a simple act of charity or “nesting” behaviour common in expectant mothers, is one of her last public interactions before her disappearance.

According to her Facebook profile, her baby is due next month. She shared her pregnancy announcement on Facebook on May 28, posting a picture of her positive pregnancy test along with a babygro emblazoned with her ultrasound picture.

On September 30, she announced her engagement to a boy called Jordan Follows, who also used the pregnancy announcement as his cover photo.

Police have established a timeline of the pair’s last known movements. They were last seen together on November 23 at 5.30pm in Kings Square, Gloucester city centre. They were then later seen on the same day at 8pm at Gloucester train station. This is the last confirmed sighting.

Kacey-Rae, who is originally from Walsall but currently lives in Cinderford, Forest of Dean, is believed to be attempting to travel back to the West Midlands with ‘George’, who is from Wolverhampton. Gloucestershire Constabulary has issued an urgent appeal, citing significant concern for Kacey-Rae due to her heavily pregnant state.

“Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Kacey-Rae’s welfare,” a force spokesperson stated. “She is heavily pregnant… enquiries are ongoing to locate them.”

She is described as being 5ft 6ins tall and has brown hair with red dye in it which she wears on top of her head. The teenager was wearing a pink hoodie, a black coat with a fur hood and grey, flared leggings when she was last seen.

George is described as being around 6ft tall and of a large build with blonde hair. He was wearing a blue McKenzie tracksuit. Members of the public have aided the search by sharing Gloucestershire Police’s appeal on social media.
