There’s a Bridgerton romance brewing in real life!
Bessie Carter, who plays Prudence Featherington, and Sam Phillips, who played Lord Debling in the first half of season three, are dating.
Lord Debling was a suitor for Prudence’s younger sister Penelope Featherington, but broke up with her after he realized she was in love with Colin Bridgerton.
New photos have emerged that confirms the relationship, but there is evidence that shows they’ve been together for quite a while!

The couple made their red carpet debut in March 2023 at the opening night of A Little Life on London’s West End.
Back in November 2023, Bessie and Sam supported her dad Jim Carter at the premiere of his movie Wonka. They posed for photos with Bessie‘s mom Imelda Staunton!
One week later, the couple supported Imelda at the final season premiere of The Crown, where they posed for photos with Jim. Sam actually appeared in the third and fourth seasons of the show!
