An extremely intimate scene from the new season of Bridgerton has resulted in fans of the show taking to social media to discuss just how much it had their hearts racing. But what is getting just as much attention is Netflix’s audio description of the scene.
The hit Netflix show is known for its spicy scenes, and this one involving Nicola Coughlan in a carriage is no different.
The scene sees characters Colin (Luke Newton) and Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) finally share a steamy kiss after Colin professes his feelings for her, and the moment certainly delivered, if fans’ reaction is anything to go by.

Speaking about the scene, Nicola told Vanity Fair that she felt it was a refreshing way of looking at virginity on television.
She said: “She’s also desired him for so long We realize later on, she doesn’t know about sex fully, but she’s aware of her body and where she wants him to touch her.
“It’s lovely because it’s so easy to see virgins on TV portrayed in a way that they’re like terrified and have no agency, but that’s not the case.”
