Lucien Laviscount doesn’t have marriage on his 10-year Bingo card.
“My mom and dad got married last year,” he told Page Six in an exclusive interview. “They’ve been together for 38, 39 years. So marriage has never really been a massive kind of thing.”
What the actor, 32, would like to do is star in a gritty British “cop drama” and “I think I’d love to be one in one of the Marvel or DC universes.”

Currently, the “Scream Queens” alum is breaking hearts as Alfie in Netflix’s “Emily in Paris.”
Laviscount, who starred opposite Shakira in her music video for “Punteria,” shared that he’s been blown away by the show’s global reach.
“It still baffles me, the reach of the show,” he marveled.
“It’s wild and it’s just been an amazing way to connect with different people from different countries. I was at the airport yesterday and someone from Chile came and said hello and then from Argentina.”

“It’s just wonderful,” he continued. “And it’s such a privilege to be able to wave the flag for this show because there’s so much work that goes into it before we even get to work.”
He’s also politely circumspect on how many DMs have flooded his Instagram account.
“I’m still kind of discombobulated by it all. It’s wild, and I’m so thankful and grateful to have the opportunity to bring Alfie to life and be entrusted with the role… My feet haven’t touched the ground.”
Laviscount said starring on the fashion-heavy show hasn’t really changed his sartorial or his food tastes which come via his Antiguan background.
“I love Caribbean food,” he enthused. “I don’t think my taste buds have changed too much although I do love my snails now.”
And as for who he believes Emily (Lily Collins) should end up with — Alfie or Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) — Laviscount is gently Team Alfie.
“I think what’s right for someone and what they want can be very different things,” he said. “So, if we’re going with what’s right for her, I think that Alfie would have been the choice.
“But what she wants is down to Season 4!”
