Lisa Armstrong, the renowned makeup artist, has added another property to her growing portfolio following her divorce from TV star Ant McPartlin. Last year, she purchased a four-bedroom house near Oxford for over £700,000.

This is in addition to the £2.3million five-bedroom west London mansion she retained after the divorce and the £3.8million house she bought in west London in 2020, two years after separating from Ant.

It’s anticipated that Lisa will carry out extensive renovations on her latest acquisition. While it’s unclear whether she plans to reside there, she is familiar with the area having grown up in Oxford.

Lisa is quickly establishing herself as a shrewd property developer, having fully renovated her 2020 purchase by adding a pool, gym, outhouse, and gazebo. However, her former marital home, which she had been renting out to a family of six, suffered a fire in September 2023 resulting in £1million worth of damage.

Last year, The Mirror reported that Lisa was looking to move forward after a “topsyturvy few years to say the least.”, reports the Mirror.

A source stated: “She is very much focused on the future and is in a really good place after what was a difficult period,”.

Lisa and Ant announced their decision to divorce in January 2018, just two months before Ant was involved in a car accident while more than twice over the drink-drive limit.

Following the incident, he pleaded guilty to drink-driving and was slapped with a £86,000 fine and a 20-month driving ban.

Post-crash, he sought help in rehab and took a hiatus from his TV presenting duties for 10 months. The presenter then tied the knot with his former personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2021 and they welcomed their first child together, a son named Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May.

Meanwhile, Lisa moved on with Sky electrician James Green in 2020, but their relationship unexpectedly ended in August 2023.

A friend of the pair commented at the time that the split after three years was amicable and that they intended to remain friends.
