Holly Willoughby‘s media company that she set up with her producer husband owes £377,000 in tax, the High Court has heard.
Roxy Media, the media production and management firm founded by Holly and her husband Dan Baldwin, 50, was issued with a winding-up order earlier this year, according to court filings.
The order means that His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) could seek to shut down the business over unpaid taxes.
Holly, 44, did not attend the short hearing on Wednesday, where Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs approved a 12-week adjournment.
Roxy Media must pay by then the £377,000, which has been reduced from an unknown amount.
An HMRC spokeswoman previously said: ‘We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options, in order to protect taxpayers’ money.’
In response to a request from HMRC to adjourn the hearing, Judge Briggs said: ‘OK, that’s fine, you have until July 9.’
Holly’s representatives have been approached for comment. In January they told Richard Eden me that no informed comment could be made at the time.

The former This Morning host set up the company with her husband to specialise in managing media clients
A financial expert has previously surmised that the issue may have arisen from differing interpretations of Holly’s tax status.
They said: ‘It’s possible her This Morning salary was paid into the company as freelance income, whereas the tax office may consider that she was employed by ITV and that the income should have been taxed on a PAYE basis’.
‘You’d expect HMRC and Roxy Media to have been in dialogue, so it’s possible that the tax office has issued the petition in a bid to hurry things up’.
According to its Companies House listing, Roxy Media deals with TV show ‘production activities’.

She recently paid tribute to another show she presented, Dancing On Ice, after the series was ‘rested’ with ‘no current plans for another series’, an ITV spokesman said last month.
Ms Willoughby began presenting the ice skating show in 2006, alongside Phillip Schofield, who resigned from ITV in 2023.
It is the first time that Holly has not had an ITV show on her schedule for more than two decades after becoming the broadcaster’s TV darling.

Holly is arguably best known for having fronted This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield (pictured left) from 2009 until 2023
She recently dashed ITV’s hopes that she would be their Saturday night star by turning down a lucrative deal to front game show You Bet!.
ITV sources told the Mail she was ‘busy with other commitments’ after Holly branched out to host Celebrity Bear Hunt in her first big role away from ITV.
She has long been a familiar face on both ITV and ITV2, hosting on shows including Surprise Surprise, Celebrity Juice, The Games, The Xtra Factor and I’m A Celebrity.
Holly is arguably best known for having fronted This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield from 2009 until 2023, while she also helmed Dancing On Ice from 2006.
The presenter could be looking ahead to an exciting new future with Netflix as she was said to have impressed bosses hosting new reality TV series Celebrity Bear Hunt.
Insiders recently revealed that Netflix is ‘very keen’ to work with her more on shows, which would be screened across the world after her debut on Bear Grylls’ show.
It’s thought that the success of Celebrity Bear Hunt has seen executives considering the new prospect that one star so heavily associated with a terrestrial channel could find new success on a streaming giant, with huge salaries to match.
Away from her TV fame, Holly also runs her own wellness and lifestyle brand, called Wylde Moon.

Sources are claiming the presenter is firmly on a new path in her career, and is set to line up several deals from streamers, including a second series of Netflix’s Celebrity Bear Hunt
Her business empire is estimated to be worth £10million and she has also worked with brands including Marks & Spencer, Diet Coke and Oral B.
Holly’s career shake-up comes after it was revealed Dancing On Ice – which she co-hosts with Stephen Mulhern – has been axed, with no plans for a new series in 2026.
Following the 2025 final, rumours had been swirling that the skating show was facing the axe, after staff reportedly told that their work on the show was over.
In a statement shared with MailOnline, an ITV spokesperson then confirmed: ‘Following another successful series earlier this year, Dancing On Ice will be rested in 2026 with no current plans for another series.
‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the cast and crew who have worked on the show since 2006, and over the previous 17 series, for all of their hard work both on and off the ice.’
