Bunnie Xo, the wife of country music star Jelly Roll, has become a star in her own right with a large following and her popular, “Dumb Blonde” podcast.
Through her social media presence and podcast, she has connected with fans, and that includes sharing some heartbreaking health history as well as a heartwarming health goal. Turns out, Bunnie Xo has had a tragic history with trying to have a child, but she is working through that and a process because she and Jelly Roll want to have a child together.
She provided an update on that in a recent video posted to TikTok.
“I’m literally going through IVF treatments right now,” she said. “The hormones, the shot, all that.
“Going through all of the emotions. The roller coaster, the worry. Just so that I can have a little piece of my husband and me. Just a little piece, wrapped in skin, to add to the other two beautiful children that we have together.”
It was great news from Bunnie after she shared some intimate details earlier this year about her past issues with having children.
During an episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast back in January, Bunnie, who is the stepmother to Jelly Roll’s two children — Bailee Ann, 15, and Noah Buddy, 7 — said she was finally ready to be a mom.
“I’ve helped raise Bailee since she was 7, and I think that also showed me that, hey, I’m not gonna (expletive) up a kid’s life too badly,” she said. “But I feel like I’ve mastered … not mastered, but I feel like I can do this. You know? And I just want a little piece of J and I together.”
Later on in the podcast, though, she revealed her heartbreaking background when it comes to pregnancy.
“I have been pregnant three times in my life,” she said. “When I was 16, I got pregnant the first time I had sex, and I ended that with an abortion because I was scared. I didn’t know what to do. I was a runaway. And that after that, three years after I had an ectopic pregnancy, I had two ectopic pregnancies.”
Because of that, she and Jelly Roll are reportedly hoping for a surrogacy.
Fans have been pulling for her, especially considering her past, ever since and the latest video shows they are taking another positive step in making it happen.
