Milan agrees with her father’s stance to return to the ring after his recent health problems

Mike Tyson speaks during a news conference

Mike Tyson will indeed fight Jake Paul on the scheduled July 20 date at the AT&T in Arlington, Texas, despite fears that surfaced after the former heavyweight champion experienced health problems on an American Airlines commercial flight from Miami to Los Angeles.

The fighter, who is 58 years old, was treated urgently at the airport in the city of Los Angeles after an ulcer flared-up while in the air. He also suffered from nausea and dizziness half an hour before landing.

After that event, there were several voices, especially from the medical side, who questioned whether Tyson would step into the ring to face a young man 31 years his junior and with much better athletic ability than him.

Despite those suggestions, Mike posted on Instagram that he is at full strength for the fight in three weeks and that he doesn’t have to be at full strength to beat Paul. “Now I feel 100%, although I don’t need to be to beat Jake Paul,” was the message he wrote on the social networks.

A scary message that had the approval of one of his firstborns, who endorsed her dad’s post on social networks, encouraging him to go ahead with the fight he has scheduled.

Milan, who is the penultimate of Mike’s children, is 16 years old and is dedicated to tennis, in which many feel she could have a professional future, since she trains with Serena Williams and Coco Gauff’s coach.
