This Morning viewers were treated to an exciting start on Thursday (February 27) when host Ben Shephard, alongside Cat Deeley, broke the news that 90s boy band Five are reuniting after 25 years.

Ben Shephard announced the scoop, saying: “News just in, Five will be reuniting and heading on tour and they are here to tell us all about it.”

Cat Deeley couldn’t contain her excitement, even showcasing some of the band’s iconic dance moves, prompting a playful exchange with Ben who questioned, “Is that what they did?” to which she replied, “That’s what they did in my head.”

The conversation turned nostalgic as Ben reminded Cat that she had presented Five with their first ever Brit Award, a memory that brought a huge smile to her face.

The band is gearing up for a major UK tour this autumn, promising to deliver a blast from the past with hits like ‘If Ya Gettin’ Down’, ‘Everybody Get Up’, and ‘When The Lights Go Out’.

The highly anticipated tour is scheduled to begin in Brighton on Friday, October 31, 2025, with subsequent stops in Bournemouth, Cardiff, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Aberdeen, and Glasgow, as well as a performance at London’s iconic The O2 venue.

Fans will have the opportunity to secure presale tickets starting next Thursday, March 6.The news sent shockwaves of excitement throughout the fanbase, with many taking to social media to express their joy.

On Five’s official page, one enthusiastic fan wrote: “YES! Did anyone else wake up today with this feeling, that better things were coming their way? #5ive#5ivereunion#Five.”
