A Peek Inside the Florida Island Home Lil Wayne Just Bought for $17 Million
The rapper sold his previous Miami Beach home for $10 million last year.

Lil Wayne is giving Miami Beach another shot. The rapper, who dropped theĀ music videoĀ for his single āGood Formā with pal Nicki Minaj earlier this week, previously owned aĀ Miami Beach mansion in the same area that included a shark lagoon and a rooftop skate park. He sold it at a loss for $10 million last fall, but Wayne probably isnāt feeling the pain too hard considering his new acquisition, located just off the coast of Miami Beach on Allison Island, is an impressive 10,632-square-foot pad that boasts seven bedrooms. It features a grand mahogany-clad entryway and a great room with windows that extend from the floor up to the 22-foot ceilings, perfect for taking advantage of the year-round Miami sunshine. An entire wall of sliders opens onto the backyard which, in addition to the sizeable pool, outdoor dining spaces, and cabana, has direct access to the clear blue water just off the property. A spacious living room similarly boasts glass sliders that open onto a wide deck with views of the water.
