The Sun previously revealedĀ royal aides fear him being seen grinning on horseback is a ā€œbad lookā€ whileĀ under police investigationĀ for allegedly leaking secrets toĀ Jeffrey Epstein.

It comes as we reported yesterday how the FBI investigated Andrew over claimsĀ he sought young girls for sexĀ during a taxpayer-funded royal tour.

He is currently effectively housebound with just hisĀ dogsĀ for company — including two of his late mother’s corgis.

BeforeĀ moving to Sandringham in February, Andrew was regularly seen horse riding around the Windsor estate.

But he has been told not to do the same near his currentĀ home at Wood Farm, where photographers can capture him.

It comes after he was spottedĀ wide-eyed in the back of a carĀ after 11 hours ofĀ policeĀ questioning on his birthday, February 19.

A source told The Sun at the time: ā€œSince his arrest last week he has been ordered not to go horse riding. It’s considered a bad look.

ā€œThey don’t think he should be seen grinning and smiling on his horse like he was in Windsor.

ā€œBut it was one of the few things he actually enjoyed doing so what onĀ earthĀ is he going to do with his time?ā€

It follows the voluntaryĀ surrender of his gun licenceĀ to the police last year, ending another of his hobbies.

Andrew had angered royal aides when he was spotted grinning and waving at passers-by from his car near hisĀ former Royal Lodge homeĀ in Windsor last month.

Later that evening, as The Sun exclusively revealed, he wasĀ driven under cover of darknessĀ from his 31-room mansion to live on the King’s Sandringham estate.

He is expected to move into his new full-time home at neighbouringĀ Marsh FarmĀ by early April onceĀ renovationsĀ are complete.

While protection officers are guarding the house, the only company Andrew has are two corgis which belonged to the late Queen, and fiveĀ NorfolkĀ terriers.

In a rare bit of goodĀ newsĀ for the former Duke of York, engineers were last month fitting high-speed internet in the nearby road.

The tiny Norfolk village of Wolferton on the Sandringham estate lost connection for a month lastĀ autumnĀ and the parish council has pushed for a full-fibre service.

Andrew, who had all his royal titles stripped by his brotherĀ King CharlesĀ last year, was arrested at home on suspicion of misconduct in Āpublic office.

Police carried outĀ searches of his new abode as well as Royal LodgeĀ at the time of his arrest.

AndrewĀ allegedly passed sensitive emailsĀ to his paedophile financier palĀ Jeffrey Epstein while he was UK trade envoy.
