Here’s a precise look at when the next episode of Outlander will be available for viewers in the UK and the USA and what will happen next.
When is Outlander season 8 episode 5 being released?
Outlander season eight, episode five, titled Send for the Devil, will be gracing screens in the UK on Saturday, April 4, on streaming platform MGM+, which is a channel on Prime Video.
Viewers can stream the episode from the release date on various devices and even download to watch offline, however, a subscription to both MGM+ and Prime Video is required to view Outlander.
In the USA, Send for the Devil will be accessible tomorrow (Friday, April 3) from midnight on the Starz app.
The programme will also be broadcast on the Starz cable channel in a linear format from 8pm and repeated twice consecutively.
Outlander season eight comprises 10 episodes, which will be aired weekly rather than as a boxset.

A brief preview for Send for the Devil was unveiled recently and depicts Jamie Fraser (portrayed by Sam Heughan) being warned by neighbour Aaron Whittaker (Tomisin Ajani) that Captain Charles Cunningham (Kieran Bew) is “coming” for him.
William Ransom (Charles Vandervaart) alerts Brianna MacKenzie (Sophie Skelton): “I’m afraid the battle has begun.”
She was awaiting her husband Roger MacKenzie (Richard Rankin) to return from his quest to purchase arms.
However, Roger was detained and compelled to fight in the battle with Brianna left in the dark.
The preview cuts back to Jamie talking to Buck MacKenzie (Diarmaid Murtagh) and Claire Fraser (Caitríona Balfe): “There’s only one way I can see to stop it.”
