Patrick Mahomes makes historic announcement as Kansas City Chiefs quarterback launches new business venture
PATRICK Mahomes has made a historic announcement online after launching a new business venture.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback – currently going through his injury rehab – is making the headlines once again off the field.

The 30-year-old and Adidas are preparing to launch a ‘Patrick Mahomes golf line’.
The news posted by Yahoo Sports, and shared by Mahomes on his Instagram stories to his 6.5 million followers, reads, “Adidas announced it’s preparing a Patrick Mahomes golf line.
“Complete details have yet to be announced, but Adidas Golf president Jeff Lienhart suggested items from it will “hit the market sooner than later.”
The news went down a storm with fans online with one posting, “Take my money.”
Another wrote, “Well there goes all my money.”
A further person added, “Sold.”
Mahomes spoke to the media recently for the first time since his season-ending knee injury in Week 15.
He provided an insight into the rehab process and what his personal targets are for a return to action.

“I’ve been doing all of it here in Kansas City, and [Assistant Athletic Trainer] Julie [Frymyer] has been crushing it [and] pushing me.
“The doctor gives you goals to [reach], and I just try to maximize those.
“They [have to] hold me back because I always want to go a little bit further, so it’s been going great.”

Mahomes added, “Obviously, I want to be ready for Week 1. The doctor said I could be, [and while we] can’t predict what’s going to happen throughout the process, that’s my goal/
“I’ll try to prepare myself to play in Week 1, and have no restrictions.
“So, hopefully [I’ll] be able to do some stuff in OTAs, and then get to training camp and be able to do a lot of stuff.
“It’s a long process, but I’m excited for it.”
