StrictlyĀ Come Dancing fans were seemingly a little emotional as they spotted a sweet moment involving Dianne Buswell during the latest live show.
The professional dancer was back in the ballroom on Saturday night (October 25) as she supported her co-stars from the ‘Clauditorium’ following her unfortunate exit from the competition.
Dianne, who announced ahead of the new series that she was pregnant with her and her boyfriend Joe Sugg’s first child, had been competing in theĀ BBCĀ One dance contest alongside Neighbours legend Stefan Dennis.
It was recently been revealed that Stefan has had to withdraw from the competition due to injury, meaning he and professional dance partner Dianne Buswell will no longer be performing, leaving 11 couples left to perform.
It came after the actor was recently struck by illness, which forced him to miss week three of the dance show this month, before he and Dianne made a triumphant return to the ballroom last Saturday (October 18) with a Charleston to Dance Monkey by Tones And I.
Many of the judges said it was the pairās best dance as they scored 26 out of a possible 40 for the routine, their highest of the competition so far, before making it through to another week of Strictly’s 2025 series during last Sunday’s (October 19) results show.
But as mentioned, it was sadly confirmed on Monday (October 20) that Stefan and Dianne’s time on the show had come to a sudden end after a ‘devastated’ Stefan suffered his injury.
The actor said in a statement: “This morning I woke up to the most disappointing day of my time in my Strictly journey. Just when I had finally gained the confidence to do well with my dancing in the competition and achieve more great dances along the way, I was told that on Saturday I had torn my calf so significantly that I am now forced to withdraw from the show.

“I canāt tell you how devastated I am to have to leave so prematurely especially as there has been, and still is, so much love and support from everyone for both Dianne and myself.”
As the competition continued this weekend, Dianne was seen alongside her co-stars while Stefan appeared in the live studio audience, joining Dani Dyer who had to pull out of the line-up before the first live show after also suffering an injury.
But it was a sweet moment between Dianne and her friend and co-star Nancy Xu that caught Strictly viewers’ attention, as she was seen embarcing mum-to-be Dianne in the ‘Clauditorium’ with her hands softly place on her blossoming baby bump.
@tvreality93 said: “Nancy and Dianne tonight soo cute #strictly.” @a_spickyrose commented: “I am in awe of Nancy and Dianne they are the PUREST beings ever, keep this coming for the rest of the night please #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”
